I had a very good experience visiting Dulles Motorcars. When I walked in, my wife and I had only a vague idea of what we wanted, but our sales guy, Justin Glan was extremely helpful. We had not intended to make our purchase when we visited. Justin was very warm and friendly, offering us information in a laid back and casual manner. Justin made it clear up front that he wanted us to to be happy with our decision and he never exerted excessive sales pressure. Justin seemed a tad nervous at times, but I later discovered that he was new to the dealership. If I were running the sales team, I would hire more employees like Justin. He may be a little green and still learning, but as he gains confidence he will more than overcome this. I believe that you can teach confidence and procedural knowledge, but core people skills are a product of your upbringing and life experience. Justin has excellent conversational skills and knows how to put consumers at ease with his causal approach. This guy is going to be a star once he gets a few more sales wrapped up. In a previous life, I was the VP of Global Sales for a multi-national company, I spent a long time seeking professionals like Justin to my team. I would hire an up and coming guy like Justin in heartbeat. I was a little less pleased with the finance manager who pushed and pushed us, it seemed like he was trying to rush us out the door. Admittedly we were at the dealer right at closing time, but this is a major decision for most consumers and we wanted to feel comfortable, not hurried. The sales manager, Dick Bailey was friendly and candid with us, I really enjoyed working with Mr. Bailey as his his years of experience contributed to a good dissuasion. More

He had the right answers to all my questions. He did not rush me or pressure me at all, but let me take my time and showed me several cars that fit my needs and price range. He was perfect. My husband hates buying cars because of the long-stressful process, but even he admitted that this time was different, much better and absolutely no xx sales tactics. I came away with a new car that fit my needs and had more features than I expected but at the exact price I wanted to pay. I mean for all the bells and whistles this car has I would have expected to pay a lot more. Jack Pinnell also did an excellent job explaning all the features of my beautiful new car and helping with the setup of the phone pairing. The financing did not take long and we were satisfied with that process too. Dulles is my only dealership from now on. More

When I made it to the actual dealer I was introduced to Sami Ramadan who was extremely friendly and helpful. He did a great job of making me feel welcome and of showing me the features on my new car. I also had a great experience with the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember at this time. This was my first time buying a car and my first real loan and the finance manager went above and beyond to explain everything involved in the process including things that did not apply to this purchase but that I may run in to next time. Overall, I am very satisfied with the attitudes and performance of the above mentioned staff and will recommend them to any of my friends in the market for a new car. More
