While the associate that handled my inquiries, Scott, was very polite and honest, I felt that the pricing overall was not very honorable. My trade-in vehicle was worth much more than the $1,500 that was offered, and I felt quite cheated that I asked for $1,000 off on the car price (which was over $3,000 over KBB value) and was refused, only to find the same vehicle from the same dealership listed on craigslist for $500 cheaper than what it was listed for on the lot. The car itself is in very good shape, and I am enjoying it immensely, and would very likely go see Scott again, but to be told that "we don't normally discount our cars" was outrageous and is not how a dealership offering used cars (especially at a huge mark-up!) should run. If the company would be more open to negotiation, I would recommend my friends and family to go there. Overall, I was not pleased. More

I was extremely happy with the trade in value that they gave me for my current car. They offered me $2,500.00 over what the Honda dealership tried to say my car was worth. All in all, I was extremely satisfied and I would definitely go back if I were in the market for another car. More

After being given an offer on my trade in that was too low for me, I decided to take my deposit back and shop around. I called to find out of the original offer was still good and at first was advised they were no longer interested in my vehicle or my business, then he told me that over the course of a few weeks, the value of my trade in magically dropped $4k. I told them I was still interested in buying from them and he said nothing. Buying and selling a car is business. If you're going to take it personal when a customer goes someplace else for a better deal, you're doing it wrong. Shady business practices get you nowhere fast. The customer is always right and refusing to do business with them again because they had the LEGAL right to retract their deposit is pathetic and unprofessional! I've told my coworkers never to shop Dulles Motorcars and to take their business to Fair Oaks where they avoid to BS and lies. More

James Delgado Senior is a rude person, who doesn't respect women's, he was yelling at me for a mistake the Dealer has made with my papers. I have to spend 6 days going to the dealer every day to close the deal, I have to leave work early, drive for an hour and then wait at the dealer for almost 2 hours so finally they said that I have to comeback later or next day. They don't respect people time, they just want to make a sale and when you have signed the papers, they don't care about you any more. If you have any problems or questions, they will ignore you and treat you like your bothering them. This is the last time I go to this dealer and I definitely wont recommend anybody to shop here. Specially if Mr. Delgado is there. More
