Damaged My Vehicle! I took my vehicle into the location to have a recall service performed in which there appeared to be a "bait and switch"tactic set in place. The first I took my vehicle into the location to have a recall service performed in which there appeared to be a "bait and switch"tactic set in place. The first person to speak with me was, Rico, in the service area. He inquisitively asks me if, Mandy, Service Administrator, had informed me that there was a 50/50 chance that the recall will fix the issue. My issue: airbag light is on continuously. Recall Issue: Code M35-ORC (which is referencing the airbag). I was sent to the waiting area for over 2.5 hours for a repair that was said to take 1-1.5 hours to complete. During my wait, Mandy Hardin, Service Administrator, approaches me and says, " Rico told you that the recall may not fix the airbag issue, and No it didn't. The repair will be $285.00 to fix the airbag." I asked what is the issue with the airbag because your document does not show any error codes. I was then told that the technician had checked all of my system, the harnesses, and cable and everything looks fine so the sensor must have failed. Again the repair will be $285.00. I decline to have any work done since they were now attempting to charge me for something that I felt should have been corrected in the recall service. Thus I am graciously asked, once I was told that my vehicle was ready, to complete the survey and the pitch was if I get anything less than a 9 on the survey then the boss won't accepted it. The survey gets answered before you receive your vehicle. So, I complete the survey and then proceed to my vehicle to immediately put my key in the ignition's start position for a light to turn on which was never on in my vehicle. I quickly return to the service counter to speak with, Mandy Hardin, and she has a puzzled look as she reads aloud a few sentences from the repair directions. She never apologizes, nor display empathy, towards this situation thus far. She does take the vehicle back into the service bay and now I am waiting again. I eventually ask, Kelly, in the parts area for assistance with a minor concern to which he was shocked to see me there. He kindly offers to check on my vehicle for me. During this period. He finally returns to ask me if the Service Administrator, Mandy, had come to inform me about my jeep. I answered that she had not. He then sorrowfully informs me that during the recall repair, of which I call phase 2, that the technician had damaged a part in my vehicle and that he had been searching the local dealerships to see if they had it in stock but there were none. Their dealership also did not have it so he ordered the part which would arrive the next day. I asked for a loaner vehicle so that I could get back to work, and I was immediately told that the dealership did. It have any loaner cars available. I was told to just not engage the 4 wheel drive in my jeep and I would be able to drive it. I found all of those statements to be completely unacceptable! They were to call the next day to which there was not any contact made from them. So I wait a another day for a call and there was none. These calls were to assure me that the part was delivered and so that I could schedule another day to get my damaged vehicle repaired. I received a call later on the following day. I believe this was a Saturday evening since this all began on a Wednesday morning at 9:45a approximately. My stay in the facility turned into a 4.5 hours service visit to repair a recalled issue with my airbag system that was to take 1.5 hours max to complete. I can not thoroughly have faith that this recall was repaired accurately at this time because of the phase 2 issue which lead to the phase 3 vehicle damage. I am completely appalled at the manner in which I have been treated. I still have an airbag light showing on my vehicle. I have recently been contacted by the digital survey system in which I have stipulated that I want to hear from the service manager of this facility, and you guessed it! I have not been contacted to date regarding all of this! This is the worse treatment that I have experienced! More

I am very pleased with the dealership overall. I was having issues making a decision and they continued to call and give me additional info which helped me in making a decision. I wanted certain optio having issues making a decision and they continued to call and give me additional info which helped me in making a decision. I wanted certain options in the truck and they had one available but they were in a different state. they assured me that was no big deal because they could process title and tag work for my state. the truck was ready and cleaned up when I arrived and I enjoyed the test drive. I was not satisfied with what they offered me for my trade in but they immediately worked with me and offered me what I thought it was worth. Dear Owner/President of Dullesmotorcars, Ever since I Dear Owner/President of Dullesmotorcars, Ever since I found out that your salesman Ray Hartley deceived and lied to me during my purchase of a Ram pi Dear Owner/President of Dullesmotorcars, Ever since I found out that your salesman Ray Hartley deceived and lied to me during my purchase of a Ram pickup it’s been eating me up. I feel you should know how Ray is treating YOUR customers! I saw a truck on your website that I was interested in, it was a Ram 3500 4WD Laramie crew cab with the Cummins diesel S engine and Aisin HD automatic transmission. Ray Hartley contacted me and informed me it had been sold but he would find me one exactly like it. After talking to Ray several times on the phone he seemed so nice and sincere that he gained my confidence and trust, he even talked about us going out for a beer. He found a truck for me but it did not have the higher horse power Cummins diesel S engine or the Aisin HD transmission that I wanted. When I asked him about that he told me, and I quote the Cummins diesel engine in the Ram pickups all have the same horse power and the Aisin HD transmission was hard to find unless I wanted a truck with Duel rear wheels. He proceeded to email me a copy of the window sticker, I looked at it and decided to goggle the vin number that’s when I found out he was picking it up from Keene Dodge in Maryland. I then went on their website and saw they had the truck advertised at a discounted price (close to $10,000.00 less then sticker price) which Ray was going to match so he picked it up. When I got to you Dealership they were still on their way back with the truck so I waited for a little while till it arrived, in the mean time Ray’s girl friend kept calling him asking when he was coming home. The truck finally got to your dealership and Ray took me for a ride in it, then we sat down and Ray told me I didn’t qualify for the discounted price. So I purchased the truck believing what Ray told me was the truth, which I later found out he lied about everything. After thinking about it I went to Keene Dodge in Maryland and started looking at Ram trucks and asking them questions. They sat down with me and we went over the availability of the truck I wanted and the price. It was no problem getting the exact truck I wanted they had some that they had ordered on the way and indeed I did qualify for the discounted price. Now I have a truck that isn’t what I wanted and also paid much more then I should have for it because Ray Hartley lied to me. I know he’s probably making you a lot of money but also can’t be getting a lot of return business. You have to wonder how Ray Sleeps at Night; he has NO INTEGERTY and obviously NO CONSCIONCE. To top it off he spent all of 10 minutes with me going over the features of the truck and how they work because his girl friend wanted him home. Sincerely Yours an extremely dissatisfied customer Frank More
While the associate that handled my inquiries, Scott, was very polite and honest, I felt that the pricing overall was not very honorable. My trade-in vehicle was worth much more than the $1,500 that was offe very polite and honest, I felt that the pricing overall was not very honorable. My trade-in vehicle was worth much more than the $1,500 that was offered, and I felt quite cheated that I asked for $1,000 off on the car price (which was over $3,000 over KBB value) and was refused, only to find the same vehicle from the same dealership listed on craigslist for $500 cheaper than what it was listed for on the lot. The car itself is in very good shape, and I am enjoying it immensely, and would very likely go see Scott again, but to be told that "we don't normally discount our cars" was outrageous and is not how a dealership offering used cars (especially at a huge mark-up!) should run. If the company would be more open to negotiation, I would recommend my friends and family to go there. Overall, I was not pleased. More
