Fun Jeep Shopping I was in the market for a new Jeep to replace my 2005 Jeep. Our salesman Nick Homan was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I was debating betw I was in the market for a new Jeep to replace my 2005 Jeep. Our salesman Nick Homan was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I was debating between a demo from another dealership and a demo from Dulles. Due to Nick's persistence to find us the right vehicle, his insistence on taking the demo home, his willingness to haggle, and just being an all around friendly guy we went with Dulles Jeep. Nick is making sure our new vehicle is being taken care of to fix every little flaw. He's followed up with calls and concern. I'm really happy with my new Jeep! More

Bait and switch. No respect for your time During a few days long email conversation agreed on Out the door price. Once we drove 50 mins to them,, price went up by 3 k. The guy played dumb convincing me that out the door price means how much you pay for the car, taxes and fees are extra. And there were many other little lies. I assume they thought that if Ill drive to them from far away I will not mind paying 3k over the price that was confirmed a few times during email exchange. These guys don't care about your time. They mislead you to get you into dealership. More
Sloppy work, disrespectful I brought my new 2014 Jeep Cherokee in for repair because the transmission feels like the gears are meshing. From my research online, this seems to be a common problem with Cherokees. They even had to delay the launch of the vehicle due to issues with the transmission. The repairman, Rico, drove my car and said there was nothing wrong. He said that it was normal for the transmission to be rough and suggested I come in for a driving lesson. I did some research online and learned that Chrylser recommends flashing the TCM to fix this problem if you car was built before May 2014 and the driver reports an issue with the transmission. Mine was built in November 2013. I went in and talked to Rico. He said that that was not necessary and according to my VIN number it wasn't needed. I asked him to double check by hooking my car up to a computer, as some mechanics have found additional updates using this method. He flat out refused. He wouldn't tell me the version of the software on my computer or which updates had been run. I was informed that until my check engine light came on there is no problem with my vehicle. I've been a customer at this dealership before, but I have never encountered such rudeness and unwillingness to help. I don't recommend this dealership for ANY reason and will not be going there again. More

unbelievable!! i had several recalls for my 2011 Durango. I fought and fought with Chrysler Corporate to no avail. Horrible customer service... then I contacted Fa i had several recalls for my 2011 Durango. I fought and fought with Chrysler Corporate to no avail. Horrible customer service... then I contacted Fair Oaks. All I heard from them was "Sure and Yes, we can help." They not only fixed my car ahead of schedule, but took the extra step to update several software programs. They have FIGURED IT OUT!!!! Customers count. It is not a very convenient drive for me to go there, but they are my GO TO shop for now on. They are fantastic! Keep up the good work. More
