Service The service department you have is wonderful. I came in last Saturday for an oil change and everything was very timely. When I left the valet noticed The service department you have is wonderful. I came in last Saturday for an oil change and everything was very timely. When I left the valet noticed some oil on the floor and had my service advisor call me to come back to have checked. I returned and was taken care of immediately. Come to find out the seal on the filter was torn and I had lost almost 3 quarts of oil. They put on a new filter, filled my oil and gave me a voucher for free detail for having to come back to the dealership. I fully understand that things happen but the team you have in place prevented a potentially expensive repair down the road. This is the third vehicle I've bought from this dealership (Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep - 1 each). I've had good buying experiences on all; but this one has stands out as the best of the three.
