Great Selection and Stress Free Sales We were very happy with the sales staff and totally love our new JKU Hard Rock. When we found out that Dulles Jeep had a model with the specs we had been looking for, we drove down arriving only a few minutes before closing time. The sales staff stayed late to answer our questions and even let us take the vehicle out on a very long test drive to make sure it was right for us. Thanks! One thing did surprise us though, this dealership has a large number of new modified Jeeps on their show room floor. We didn't even know that was a thing, but apparently they have new Jeeps with lift kits, large tires, light bars, and truck mods (JK-8?). More

The right person can make the difference. Ray Hartley has worked together with us for three vehicles so far. This is the first time we didn't buy a Jeep, and they had a 2005 Chevy Avalanche that fit 90% of our need and the price was right. We stopped in to see what was on the lot on the KIA side, just looking to see what might be available from that brand, then came over to see Ray. We have had fun bantering with him and wanted to give him the opportunity to have our business a third time if he was in. Turns out he was. After driving the Chevy and then a Jeep Liberty, it was a no brainer decision. We needed a V8 and many of the features that the Chevy had to offer that other vehicles on the lot couldn't match. Five hours on a Saturday at any dealership is enough to drive a person crazy, but my car buying experience history, this is about the average amount of time it takes no matter where you go. We like Ray and that made it more tolerable. The staff at Dulles are relatively efficient if they aren't swamped with people. At the end of the day, I would buy from Ray again. He's about relationships, not sales, and that's why we keep coming back. More

Not your typical dealership experience! I have to say, working with Stephen Mitchell was a blessing. Never in my life did I think I would be happy to do business with a car salesman (and my I have to say, working with Stephen Mitchell was a blessing. Never in my life did I think I would be happy to do business with a car salesman (and my prior car purchases substantiates my fear of car salesmen for obvious reasons). In a nutshell, the whole transaction was stress free. No aggressive/pushiness car salesmen are notorious for. We (my wife and I) got a great deal on our new Jeep and trade-in with very little haggling. I thought it was too good to be true, so I checked Edmunds.com, KBB, and truecar.com to see the real value of the new Jeep and what my old Jeep was worth and the deal I got beat both! Now Murphy's a funny guy and nothing ever goes that smoothly... Just as luck would have it, there was a slight problem with the car we bought and it was after 7pm on Sunday evening, meaning there was nobody from service who could take care of it (literally a 5 minute fix). Stephen was so apologetic and displayed a lot of empathy, though it was not something he did. He gave us an identical Jeep to use until I can come back and pick up the new one the next day (note: the dealership is in Leesburg, I live in Alexandria, and work in DC i.e. ended up putting over 100 miles on the new loaner). OK. Enough rambling. I would definitely recommend Dulles Motorcars to anyone looking for a Jeep, and would especially recommend you seek out Stephen to sell you your new car. I cannot say enough what a pleasant experience he made it. More

I simply said give me your best price and we will go from there. Took no more than 15 minutes to agree on a price for my new Grand Cherokee. This is the second vehicle I've have purchased from this dealer and both experiences were great. If you want to get a good deal without out the hassle go to Dulles Chrysler and ask for Missy Collins! More
