Results of my purchase experience I just purchased a new call from Dulles Motors. My 6th Car from this same dealership. Our sales agent Ray Hartley was outstanding and I never felt pressured or taken advantage of. I felt I paid the price I wanted and he worked with me to take advantage of all deals. Brittany Hendrickson provided clear explanation of all of paperwork and the maintenance option. We actually changed our mind and went with one and may also take the extended warranty. I came in to test drive a Dodge Charger on Memorial Day and was told by the salesman Marcos that I was I had the worst experience at Dulles Motorcars. When I told him I was planning on buying in the next few days, he told me to come back in a few days when I was ready to buy. Missy gave us the information we would need for the financing a head of time so once we got into the dealership to sign the papers the process was very easy and quick.
