We got there and were approached by a salespe My wife and I recently made a trip to Dulles Motorcars to take a look at a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We got there and were approached by a salesperson, JC, who told us he could assist us. We asked him a couple questions about the Grand Cherokee, and he didn't know the answer to any of the questions, and kept saying the car was "it's a good car" and completely ignored my questions, which I thought were pretty basic and that every salesperson should know. He also tried pushing us to a used Grand Cherokee, and again, when I asked him about the car and how it differs from the brand new model, his response was "nothing" which clearly was not the case just by glancing at the two. After a couple questions, he seemed to get a bit agitated and annoyed, and kept insisting we get a used one, even after telling him we wanted new. The thing that really upset us and ultimately let to us buying elsewhere, was when he started talking to other customers in front of us, as if we weren't even there. He abruptly just walked away and went inside the dealership and after about 10 minutes came back out with car keys for the other customer he started helping. After seeing that, we felt like he didn't want to waste time with us because we weren't "serious buyers" so my wife and I left and went to a different dealership and bought the car there. More

We've bought a few cars over the years, and our experience with Missy was the best by far. She knows her stuff when it comes to the vehicles, she is really friendly, and we had a great time talking with her. Most people dread car shopping because it can put one in a pretty negative environment, but that wasn't the case at Dulles Motorcars and with Missy.
