Sure, we already knew about what we wanted, but the process was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience that we have had. It was a no pressure situation from the get-go, which let's be honest, was the biggest plus. Nothing is worse than getting hounded at a car dealership. We found a great vehicle to buy within a half an hour of being there, didn't have to haggle because the price was extremely fair, got good value for our trade in, and drove off in our new jeep and a couple big smiles in less than 4 total hours. Buyer Beware! I purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper from this dealership on Monday, March 21, 2016. The door had a dent that they promised would be fixed in 2-3 days. When I purchased a 2013 Mini Cooper from this dealership on Monday, March 21, 2016. The door had a dent that they promised would be fixed in 2-3 days. When they delivered the car to my home, I found a crack in the windshield. My sales person JC told me not to worry that it would be fixed in 2-3 days. Four phone calls later and an email, and I can't get anyone to respond by phone or email about when these repairs will take place. I even called and left a message with the General Manager Tom Omar and he didn't return my phone calls. This is the second car I've purchased from this dealer. The first time I had good service, but not this time. If you choose to purchase from this dealer get EVERYTHING in writing with dates. There are many other dealers in the Washington DC area. Go to them instead! More
