Warranty service Roughly two hours to change Oil, filter and rotate tires. I asked them to update Navigation sistware as the Nav system is very disfunctional. Service is unreliable. Made appointment a week ahead of time because rep said it may take quite a bit of time to diagnose issue and I should get a loaner car. As has happened numerous times before they didn’t get my vehicle into the shop until late afternoon and wanted to keep it through the weekend to continue on Monday. What’s the point of bringing it in and leaving it with them all day if they don’t allow themselves enough time to do the job anyway? This is a repeated issue with this dealership. Other than an oil change they’re pretty useless. More
