They gave me a pretty decent deal on a leftover 2018 crew cab 2500. Quite a few thousand less than my local dealerships were willing to do. It was well worth the 200+ mile drive cab 2500. When I took the truck in for service, it was have mechanical issues aligned to the service bulletin symptoms. Speaking with the Service writer, she was fairly confident the recall should resolve the problem. When the service writer called me with the results, I was told the recall did not resolve the issue. I was told any further investigation into the matter would require me to authorize customer paid work. I asked a couple of qualifying questions: 1) Is the truck drivable now - a) I don't know. 2) What is the current symptom of the issue - a) I don't know, there is just an engine light on. 3) What is the current check engine code say? - a) I don't know, you need to authorize payment for us to tell you. For me to ask these questions, the service writer was extremely aggressive and would not let me ask my questions. She continually would repeat, we did all the "Free" work. Recalls are typically issues that potentially are safety issues, but this service writer classified them as "Free" work. She seemed so focused on getting some customer paid work out of my visit, she lost focus of trying to work with me to fix the issue. I will never take my vehicle back there, nor recommend it to anyone. More

We showed up and wanted to see/test drive several vehicles and he immediately had them all ready to go for us to drive and look over. Each vehicle looked like they were well cared for and contained a folder with the car fax for us to look over. We were very happy with the experience all around. It was probably the best car buying experience that we have had. Highly recommend....ask for Rafi. More
Dishonest and sneaky finance manager.. I purchased a lease 2 yrs ago. Some of the "free options" given to me were safety and state inspections as well as 4 "free" oil changes. When I I purchased a lease 2 yrs ago. Some of the "free options" given to me were safety and state inspections as well as 4 "free" oil changes. When I brought my vehicle in for the safety and state inspection last month, and was charged for the inspections, I was told "yeah, we stopped the free inspections about a year ago". I just received a letter that my "free" oil changes are expiring at the end of this month. In reviewing my contract, I see that not only did I pay $1800 for the "free" oil changes, but they are only good for 24 months. I attempted to read all the fine print when I signed my lease, but the service manager rushed me and said he would explain each item for me because it was getting close to 10:30pm, and they had already closed. Not only did he never explain that I was paying $1800 for free oil changes for 2 years, he could see I was scrutinizing the contract and made every attempt to make sure I didn't read that portion. I would have NEVER agree to pay $1800 for what I was told was "free", not to mention agree to 24 months rather than the life of my lease. I see very sneaky, deceiving sales work here. I will NEVER, EVER purchase another vehicle from your dealership, nor recommend your dealership. You people should be ashamed of how dishonest you are and how you rip people off. More

Please comment and share my story to spread the feed. Leesburg Dulles Jeep has a Dishonest Sales Department & an Extremely rude Service Department. Mr. Black will say anything to sped up his sales quota! Beware! I purchased a dual top Jeep in the winter and paid cash. Upon inspection, I noticed boxes of uninstalled parts in the back of my new Jeep. Mr. Black, my sales representative said, “Yes, just bring it back when you are ready and we will install the soft top for you for the first time at no charge.” We shook hands and off I went. When I called for my service appointment, they refused to install my soft top gratis. They said to much time had passed. They expected me to reach out to the salesmen personally. Then the service department chose to repeatedly phone me throughout the day saying how ridiculous my request was and how they were not going to help me. We left three messages for Mr. Black which he chose not to return. So I went in personally on the third day. He refused to honor his own commitment to me. Said I would need that statement in writing to prove him wrong. He said, “he did not care if we chose to blast social media with his dishonesty if that was how I chose to spend my time.” I was stunned that over simply a few hours of labor- (I have all the parts!) He chose to act as though I was the liar. I am in disbelief this dealership chose to promote this man to Sales Manager. On principle alone I hope he loses his job over his disrespectful and dishonest sales practices. They were in no hurry to do their job before I left the dealership that day. And yet now I have a time limit on their responsibilities? Certainly, the rudest group of individuals I have encountered in a long time. They make zero attempts to honor their commitment to their own customers. Please spend your money and time anywhere else. Leesburg's Dulles Jeep Dealership is not worth the headache! More

After a few hours we got a call stating it didn't pass inspection due to the rear brakes being worn beyond limits. We were told that the repairs would be over a thousand dollars and we declined to have the work done by them. Since the car only had 34159 miles, we didn't feel that the brakes and rotors should have been worn as described by them. The service writer was upset that we declined the repairs and simply kept stating that they would put a rejection sticker on the windshield. Which we said was fine with us. Upon claiming the car and bringing it home, we found that the brake pads and rotors were not worn beyond limits as stated but simply rusted superficially from lack of use. Car subsequently passed inspection without issues elsewhere. When I spoke to the service manager, she was adamant that the brakes were faulty and we should just come claim the car that was already at my house (she had no clue what she was talking about). She was very unprofessional and ignorant about the facts. Had we just taken their word, we would have been unnecessarily spending over a thousand dollars for nothing. The warranty work was not done within the time promised. We couldn't give anything less than 1 star but even that is too much. More
