Waited from 1pm to 5pm and had to return another day I arrived at 1pm with an appointment, oil change, rotate tires, a 4WD recall that I was told over the phone (by Becky) that wouldn't take long, and a I arrived at 1pm with an appointment, oil change, rotate tires, a 4WD recall that I was told over the phone (by Becky) that wouldn't take long, and a light was coming on to tighten gas cap. Was asked if I was staying or leaving the vehicle. I said staying since I am an hour away. She tried to give me a time frame (I didn't ask for it) stating first that all technicians go to lunch from 1-2pm. Why did you schedule me at 1pm if no technicians there to work? I waited in the waiting room for 4 hours never to be acknowledged by a Duke employee except one time (about 4pm, a female) and it was real quick and short, she never came back with any information about my car. Then about 430pm, Will came in, said everything was done except I needed a new gas cap and he didn't have one in stock. He inquired how far away I worked/lived. Since it was a distance, he told me he would go look on the lot at a new vehicle for a cap. He came back with no luck. I had to return another day (120 miles round trip) for what he told me would me a 10 minute job, to change the gas cap. I was there for another 40 minutes. With all the technology and OnStar diagnostics (that gives you so much information about my car), and a call for an appointment that a light was coming on to tighten gas cap should have been an indication to make sure you had a cap in stock. Will was very nice about the situation both days and tried to help me but didn't go over board. Susan who checked me out on the second day, was very rude! Came to the waiting room, called my name and before I could look up was gone, I had no idea who called my name. She was very short with me and acted as if I owed her something. I could have been very ugly either/both days, but I chose to control my tongue. I too work for the public and realize it is because of them I receive a paycheck. This service experience was disappointing enough that I may not be back to buy from Duke again. Look at my history, you can tell I'm not a first time customer. More

Went in for service because of a "thumping" noise under car. Found problem on tire-someone else's plug stuck to my tire causing rocks, debris to accumulate on tire. Tires were getting low on tread so priced out replacement tires. Duke's price was competitive with others I had checked with for same tires so they got 4 tires from Warehouse in 2 hours and mounted and balanced them for me. Recieved 10% off of tires. Sweet Also had oil change (free with U rewards) Nice. Had to have rides to and from work-driver was prompt, courteous, and good driver. All work done promptly. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars was I had to wait 2 days for an appointment but that's beyond their control. More

They work hard paying attention to every detail so that your car buying experience is wonderful. For me the best part is the follow up after the sale. I know I can schedule any maintenance or warranty work and enjoy the same pleasant experience as when I bought my vehicle. I hear them say "it is all about U' and I feel like they truly put me first.
