The staff at DUKE was super helpful. On the day of the blizzard, my windshield wipers decided not to work. I immediately called DUKE because they are located close to my home. I didn't have an appointment, they were booked solid, but the nice gentleman told me to come in and he'd take a look at it. They didn't brush me off... he really cared. They fixed my wipers and he informed me that my inspection sticker expired (I had no idea) and they inspected my vehicle as well. Wonderful experience and they have gained a new satisfied customer.
