Hello, wow.....we have a lot of reviews, but this is by far the worst I've ever read accusing us of stealing! Its troubling to hear you think this, as we too are hard working people! Not sure how are we supposed to help correct this situation if you are not even willing to let us know what the problem is or identify yourself. I also have to say, if we were crooks overcharging I doubt we would be in business for over 45 years. Not to mention we just were named the 2016 Cadillac Dealer of the Year for Customer Satisfaction by DealerRater, by our customers. If you would like to contact me to go over what the issues were I am sure we can work through this.
