I have used Duke Automotive for service for about 5 years now and have never had any problems with the service department. The staff is always friendly and makes every effort to make your experience the bes now and have never had any problems with the service department. No pressure, very easy to look and test drive whatever suits your needs with no pressure. Because Duke Automotive has always treated me with kindness, friendliness, respect, and honesty. If I need service on my car or truck, I have no problem getting an appointment within a short period o kindness, friendliness, respect, and honesty.
