Duke Automotive in Suffolk, is the only car dealer that I truly trust. Their service department is honest, helpful and gives great care of your car. The sales dept. is equally great. I am the second generation of my family to due business with Duke Automotive, and have personally been a customer in excess of 30 years. Scott Higbie has been my service advisor the entire time he has b with Duke Automotive, and have personally been a customer in excess of 30 years. I had been looking for a trade on my malibu for a truck for the past 3 weeks. I went to where I bought the malibu and was treat so bad I contacted GM. Tried some the mega dealers chevrolet but no luck or t for the past 3 weeks. I went to where I bought the malibu and was treat so bad I contacted GM. Tried some the mega dealers chevrolet but no luck or the shrug off. I seen the vehicles on Auto Trader from Duke. I said to myself look likes they have a good assorment on used trucks. Called at 8 am when you opened and spoke with Tom. checked my email and there was an email from Joe. You are all very responsive and looks like you have a good team. That is what I like to see. A place I would like to work at. What can I say about Tom we both have the same personality and made sure I got what I wanted. Moves fast and does not leave you hanging. I have been a customer of Duke's service department since 1997. Scott Higbie has been my service advisor since he joined the Duke team the following year. Scott always provides outstanding customer service. When I call for a service appointment, Scott always accomodates my busy schedule by setting a convienient appointment time for me. When I arrive for service appointments, Scott always greets me promptly with a friendly smile. He always gets my car in quickly. He keeps me updated on how the service is progressing, explains any needed repairs, answers my questions and gets me on my way as soon as possible. Scott and his very capable service team have been maintaining and keeping my cars running smoothly throughout the years. With Scott's knowledge of GM vehicles and his exemplary customer service, he is a true asset to Duke Automotive. There is no reason to go anywhere else but Duke! More

Excellent used car purchasing experience. Tom Davis was great. There was not much to the deal. They had a vehicle I was very interested in and Tom was straight up and not pushy. We talked about pricing and the deal for about 5 minutes and the next thing I knew, I had the vehicle I wanted at an completely fair price. The service department at Duke Auto is always as pleasant an experience as having a vehicle serviced can be. The staff is friendly, honest & informative. You have the option of a courtesy ride home, or an experience as having a vehicle serviced can be. The staff is friendly, honest & informative.
