Ever since my husband purchased his cadillac at Duke some years back, I have had my Volkswagon Beetle and Toyota Yaris serviced there. I commend Scott Higbie for his great advice; he has a beautifu personality! He definitely reflects concern for the customers and they know them on a one to one basis. Duke has serviced my Cadillac CTS for 6 years. Also bought a pre-owned Pontiac Grand Prix from them in 2009. Scott, Ashley, Tiffany, all of the Duke service team have consistently provided exemplary service and courtesy on every service call. They treat you as they would like to be treated if they were the customer. Earlier this year, I was vacationing in SC and my vehicle's "check engine" light came on so I went to a local Cadillac dealership. After a diagnostic check, the dealership indicated I needed $1600 worth of service, even on items I had checked prior to departing for the trip. At this point, I began to feel I was being taken advantage of in being a out of towner. I placed a call to Scott and he talked me through what may have caused the light to come on, based on his knowledge of my vehicle, and assessed if I would be ok to drive back to VA. When I returned to VA, the Duke service team re-examined the items the SC dealer said I needed. Their report was inacurate. In fact, they have not been replaced months later. This is just one example of how they consistently look out for their customers and why I don't let anyone else work on my vehicles. More
Duke is very low pressure and up front dealer. They tell you up front that they will give you there best offer. If a person has researched there buy they will know if this is true.
