Car shopping is usually a real pain however when ,out of curiousity , we stopped at Duke one evening about 7 PM to just check out some vehicles when Stan Bell approached us and asked if he could help. Explained we were just looking like a kid in a candy store. He understood however still made hismself available for questions. Never attempted to guide us to a sale. Was very honest and upfront when asked a question. His honesty and "NO PRESSURE" caused us to return the next day for a test drive from which we proceeded to purcase an SRX crossover. The entire buyiong experience wsa pleasant with out pressure and the final deal was fair without having to bargain price. The entire staff at Duke was pleasant to work with. WOW!!! Everyone loves the taste of a piece of cake every once in awhile. I would first like to say that Duke Automotive feed my family and I that good piece of cake. It all started with Ms. Brinkley. Via o once in awhile. I would first like to say that Duke Automotive feed my family and I that good piece of cake. It all started with Ms. Brinkley. Via our phone conversation, Ms. Brinkley shared with me the idea of the popular cake which caught my attention. She explained to me what kind of cake it was and shared with me all the ingredients necessary to make the cake. She was patient, sweet, honest, loyal and kind to me. I was then directed to Mr. Bell for preparation of the cake along with all the necessary ingredients. He directed me step by step in mixing the ingredients together to cook the cake. Mr. Bell was easy going, knowledgeable and well prepared as he educated me on the GMC Terrain. After waiting for the cake to finish cooking, Mr. Bell escorted me to Mr. Kelly. Mr. Kelly carefully and precisely took the cake out the oven. While waiting for the cake to cool down for icing, He finalized the paperwork for the deal to be closed. Mr. Kelly was very friendly and family oriented via communication. All good cake requires high-quality icing. The icing on the cake was my family and I driving off in our new GMC Terrain. I will highly recommend others via word of mouth and direct them to Duke Automotive. More
