was in the ara on vacation and my diesel exhaust fluid quality poor message came on after my purchasing dealer attempted to fix it first. Well the entire staff made me feel like we purchased the vehile f quality poor message came on after my purchasing dealer attempted to fix it first. Well the entire staff made me feel like we purchased the vehile from them. they diagnosed the problem after having the vehicle for severl days. they examined the entire emmission system and the end result was a fouled rear nox sensor. after a 70 minute dpf regen getting the exaust up to 1100f it cleared the deposits on the sensor and the vehicle performed as expected. i would recommend this dealer to anyone. great job More
Initial inspection of my Yukon XL indicated that the entire transfer casing assembly would need to be replaced, a very expensive repair. The automotive team took the extra effort to thoroughly clean an entire transfer casing assembly would need to be replaced, a very expensive repair. The automotive team took the extra effort to thoroughly clean and inspect the transfer casing assembly and determined that only the encoder actuator motor would need replacement, saving me over $1,000 on the repair. I've already scheduled my next maintenance at the dealership and plan to use them exclusively from this point forward. Hats off to Duke Automotive for their EXCELLENT service!!! More

I was very please with my first visit to Duke and the truck I came to see. I think Stan did a good job in showing the truck and expressing his knowledge about the truck and with that we were able to come truck I came to see. I was disappointed over the cleanliness of the truck's engine and when I asked Stan why it wasn't done and if it could be done I was told too much money had been put into the truck to do the cleaning of the engine. After buying the truck I noticed that the gas tank had not been top off (less than a quarter of a tank remaining when I got ready to drive off the lot(and drove off the lot). Once again I asked Stan about the truck being topped off with gas and he relayed to me that not enough is being made off the truck to top it off with gas. For both situation Stan made me feel the dealership never gives these perks to their customer to show their appreciation for one buying a vehicle from them and nothing extra was going to be given to me. Those two items made me feel that Duke dealership is not all its is made out to be and that it doesn't living up to the standards it advertises. Overall I am happy with the truck and the paper work to close the deal but I do not feel I was made to feel like a special customer because NOTHING extra was done to seal the deal or to say THANK YOU. We arranged a meeting with Stan Bell and told him what we were looking for and wanted to trade our old vehicle. Stan introduced us to Bruce Blythe whom priced our old vehicle and after putting together a deal for us on a vehicle of our choice within minutes we were shaking hands!! Stan and Bruce beat the other dealers price so much it's unbelievable. Don Kelly quickly worked us through the paperwork making the entire experience enjoyable.
