In 1984, I purchased a new Cutlass Ciera from Jerry Butler, and except for a couple of used vehicles along the way, I have purchased my cars & trucks from Jerry. Jerry is who got me focused and thinking about the new Chevrolet Volt, and allowed me to drive a demonstrator for 3 days. I fell head over heals in love with a vehicle that I had not even given a 2nd thought! I researched & read everything I could find on the Volt, and today I purchased a black on black 2013 Volt! Jerry has helped me find the answers to all my questions on a vehicle that is still very new to the buying public. Jerry values his customer relationships, and does all possible to make sure the right vehicle is paired to the right customer. Thanks Jerry! More

I have dealt with Duke Auto and Jerry Butler for a lot of years. Any dealings, including service, has been hassle-free and pleasant. It was a pleasant experience and Jerry was very knowledgeable about the car. He helped set up all the various buttons and settings and explained them carefully. I met Eley for the first time on this purchase. He was most pleasant and helpful; making the signing of many papers nearly painless. I will definitely go back to Duke for service and any future purchase. Don't retire yet, Jerry.....I might need one more car!! More

I have purchased 2 cars and 2 trucks from Duke and all have been great vehicles and Duke has serviced them all. However, this most recent visit has been extremely disappointing. I had an oil change done have been great vehicles and Duke has serviced them all. However, this most recent visit has been extremely disappointing. I had an oil change done and feel very confident that the job was rushed and the old oil was not given sufficient time to drain out. I drove home (2 miles) and checked the oil and it is old and new mixed together yet I was charged for a complete oil change. I went back to the dealership to question it and was met with an defensive attitude by Tom the technician that performed the job before I could even say my part. Also, I had work done on the trailer wiring. I was told that water was in the connector causing the fault. They cleaned the connector and applied dielectric grease to one of the connectors but zip tied the other connector to my trailer hitch and charged me $75.00. How much does it cost do get the job complete? This has not been my standard experience with them but the last 3 visits have degraded steadily to this point. More

My wife and I were looking for a GMC Acadia with a pretty specific set of requirements. Bruce understood what we wanted and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want. He was able to locate the ri specific set of requirements. Bruce understood what we wanted and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't want. He was able to locate the right vehicle for us, and Richard helped to go over all the great features of the Acadia. Eley was very pleasant to work with while going over all the paperwork. There was never any pressure from anyone at the dealership, and everyone we met were extremely helpful and friendly. When the lease on my Malibu is up in a year and a half, I will definitely be back at Duke for my next purchase. More

We have known Jerry for a number of years and have done all of our automoble dealings with Jerry AND ONLY with Jerry and Duke Automotive Corp. for the last 15 years or so. In all of the dealings with Jerry , we have never experenced a SUPRISE , Ha Ha , I mean any bad suprises, only Good Ones. We just returned our leased vechile , and after maby three PHONE calls to Jerry to inform him what we were looking to replace the leased Enclave with , Jerry called on Fri. to set up our meeting to not only view to new Acadia ,but we compleated the paperwork and drove our New Acadia home about 45 min. later. Now tell me thats the only way to have faith and trust in someone and walk away Happy. I belive that the Duke Org. knows what they have in a person like JERRY Butler. Also along with Jerry we also have to put Don Kelly in the same catagory , they both work as a team and when one is done his part, then the other just steps in and ready to go to the happy satifaction of their Happy customer.
