Getting an initial quote: I asked three dealerships (one in NC, one in TN and Duke in Va) for an initially quote using a model and options I selected just to get equal comparisons. The dealer in NC did not take me serious and was trying to get us to look at what they had verses what i wanted; the dealer in TN gave me a quote that was $3000 higher thane Duke. Helping my wife select the car she wanted: Seth and Stan made my wife feel very comfortable asking what ever she wanted to ask about the vehicles and colors. The did NOT make her feel like she needed to settle for what they had on the lot, but rather she should determine the vehicle she wanted and they would find it for her. Getting the selected vehicle and closing the deal: After thinking over the options, my wife picked a vehicle and options package she wanted. Seth and Stan (and others I am sure we do not know about) went to work and found the exact car she wanted in Maryland. I was on business travel in TN, but the Duke staff gave me a very good fair set of numbers (difference between our trade and the new Cadillac SRX), obtained the new vehicle from Maryland, and made it all go very smoothly for my wife. Don made sure all the legal paper work was completed, and minimized the amount me or my wife had to deal with. Delivery and beyond: The new SRX was delivered to my wife on her schedule; all shined and cleaned up; with a full tank of gas; and again Duke staff took the time to make sure she understood all of the features of the car. Bottom Line: The "deal" started the relationship between me and Duke, but the highly professional, friendly and helpful actions of the staff at Duke toward my wife is why we "closed the deal". I can buy and car at a multitude of dealers in the USA, but I wanted a place that my wife could take the car to for service "after the sale" and feel like she still mattered. Duke has demonstrated that they are such a dealership already, with follow-up calls and e-mails to make sure we are happy with the car and that everything is OK. If you want a fair deal and a dealership that will treat you like it matters that you are a satisfied customer, then I would say I strongly recommend giving Duke a try. More

We originally went to this dealership to narrow down our choices between a Chevy, GMC and Buick. Robbie immediately greeted us at the door and pulled the 3 SUVs we were interested up. We went back and spent time with Bruce and Robbie to find the right price and the right vehicle. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I was first greeted by a video email from Seth Wilson welcoming me to the dealership. When I reached Duke, I was welcomed by both Bruce Blythe and Richard Strong with two choices for the GMC Terrain I requested. Richard took me on a great test drive and explained some of the features of the Terrain. After explaning to Richard that I would prefer to have a Terrain without a chrome package, he proceeded to search and find the exact vehicle I was looking for at another location. Bruce then spoke with that location, let me know quickly that I could purchase the vehicle I wanted and have it delivered to Duke for me. Richard then worked with the figures including all of my discounts and gave me a great price. I then met with Eley Duke for financing and was made to feel like I was part of the family. I will be sending family and friends to experience such great service! More
It has been mostly a pleasurable experience doing business with the service department at Duke. Rick Fleming usually greets me at my vehicle when I drive up for a service visit and always keeps me i business with the service department at Duke. Even the owner, Mrs. Duke, frequently visits the service department to personally thank the customers for their business. We've entrusted Duke with performing maintenance and service on our GM vehicles for several years now and look forward to continuing that relationship. More
