I have been a customer with Duke since buying my Malibu in 5/2010. Mr. Robertson sold me my car and has been very kind and helpful whenever I need anything. I recently had to bring in my Malibu for 50,000 mile checkup and he made sure to have a loaner car ready, warmed up and waiting for me to drive to work. Mr. Fleming was my service rep that even though he called and stabbed a dagger in my heart with the price of what it would cost to service my vehicle I still appreciate his professional manor on the phone and when I came to pick up my vehicle.
