DEC 7,2012. I have been a totally satisfied customer of Duke for over 10 years/3 vehicles now. 100% sales and service excellence. I tried a dealership closer to my home, and it was a disaster! I gave them 3 chances to fix my GMC XUV and they failed each and every time. On a good day they treated me with indifference. On a bad day it was almost hostility. I should have stayed with DUKE in the first place. Salesperson(Heather) is being terrific helping me in an upcoming purchase ONLY FROM DUKE. The service folks are equally fantastic. They fix the problem or stick with it until it is fixed right. I trust my expensive vehicle investment to ONLY DUKE! The "newer" re-modeled DUKE is a fantastic facility to visit. When a place has clean shops, lots, and salesroom-that speaks volumes about the attention to detail you can expect. Being a longer term/multiple customer I have seen Lydia Duke in action. Fantastic leader, cares for people, strives for (nearly gets) perfection. Watch her out of the corner of your eye next visit. I am a US Navy Captain (ret.)and I am not easily impressed or satisfied. I work 31 miles from my home in Suffolk so having a car malfunction is extremely serious. When my car almost broke down at the intersection of Holland Rd and S. Independence in VB I was scared. He immediately supplied me with the number of a Suffolk towing company and requested I call him back as to the tow truck response. He arranged to have a car available for me to drive to work the next morning, and informed me of the determined situation and pricing for my Impala.
