I have been a customer of Duke Auto. for many years. Every car, except two, that I have owned since 1976, I have bought from Duke. In those years, I have worked with many different Service Consultants. I have to say that Scott is probably the most accommodating of all of them. Example: the other week I wanted to change the air cabin filter in my 2000 Park Ave. Not knowing where it was located or how to go about changing it, I stopped by Duke and asked Scott. Not only did he pull up the directions on how to change it, but he went out to my car, got down on his knees and turned onto his back to find the filter door that is located behind the accelerator petal. He gave me some suggestions and with a smile, said 'Good Luck', and them added, 'if you have problems, call me and I will set up an appointment for one of my service techs to install it'. I got it replaced and it saved me some money, but because Scott put me first, I will continue to do business with Duke in both sales and service. Tom More

Ever since my husband purchased a cadillac at Duke Auto, Ever since my husband purchased a cadillac at Duke Auto, I have been servicing my Toyota VW and now Toyota Yaris. Every time I call, I receive a prompt appointment; sometimes the same day. The employees are courteous, congenial and the service is completed in a timely manner; the hospitality is great and the waiting room has a pleasant environment. Some service dealers try to get over on you but not Duke and I like that! Integrity is g-r-e-a-t!!!. Scott is always smiling! More
I call several GMC dealers in the area and I was pleasantly surprised when I called Duke. They were leaps and bounds ahead of the competition as far as customer service and care. Who was providing the best customer service. The person I was dealing with was Seth Wilson. Seth was so on top of his game that he made all the other GMC dealers in the entire Hampton Roads area look like horrible by comparison. I had to repeatedly call each other dealer about quotes and was told by all other dealers they would call me back as soon as they have located the car I was looking for. Seth was the only one to follow through on the promise. It was the same day and he had found my new car. He was very nice and respectful and really made me feel like I was a long time friend of his. We did not just talk cars but we spoke on other aspects of my life which was a nice touch. All in all I chose Duke auto in my opinion solely based on Seth's abilities. Dukes price at first was about $100.00 more than some other dealers that I had to run down but that was also worked out and ended up being about $500.00 less than all other dealers but the point I was trying to make is that even with a higher price I still would have gone to Duke. The saying goes "you get what you pay for and the extra $100 was really worth $1,000.00 because of the level of service. Another point I would like to make is I live in Virginia Beach Virginia and Dukes is in Suffolk Virginia about 45 minutes to 1 hour away and I drove past several dealers only minutes away to go to Dukes. Again Seth Wilson was unmatched when it came to customer care. Once I was in the dealer ship I soon learn that everyone at Duke’s were just as committed to customer service as Seth was. I was treated with respect and they even made my kids feel at home while I filled out the paperwork. I really cannot say enough how please I was and it was by far the best car buying experience of my life. I will only buy from Duke from this point on. I highly recommend anyone using Duke Automotive of Suffolk for their next purchase. I know I will. More
I have always heard good things about Duke Auto. I decided it was time to trade in my vehicle and hear what all the buzz was about. Well, the buzz was correct. I had an awesome salesman, Al Hicks. Appointment accepted as scheduled, ALL employees very friendly and helpful, and service completed well within expected time. Amazing customer service! We found the perfect used car and had it delivered all spic and span in no time at all. Jim and Don have been there several years and they are both fun and knowledgeable. Duke auto and Scott Higbie are fantastic. My car has 290,000 miles on it and it is all because of Scott and his service team who have worked on it since we purchased it from them in 2003. I have been a customer of Duke's service department since 1997. Everytime I take my vehicles in for service, I am "wowed" by the excellent customer service I receive from Scott Higbie. Just this past Saturda 1997. Everytime I take my vehicles in for service, I am "wowed" by the excellent customer service I receive from Scott Higbie. Just this past Saturday, for instance, I brought my Camaro in for an oil change. Scott greeted me cheerfully, as always, and had my car in and out in no time at all! And what a nice surprise upon leaving! Scott had left a 2013 Duke Automotive muscle car calendar in my passenger seat! How thoughtful since Scott knows how much I love Camaros.It's the little extra touches like that that make Scott's customer service stand out and keeps me coming back to Duke. More
