Jerry Butler was extremely helpful and on the ball. We told him what we were interesed in as a used car, and called within 48 hours to say he thought we had what we were looking for, and he was right. He offered to bring the car to us to look at and test drive. We decided to come to the dealership, but the offer was sincere and king. He was helpful while showing the vehicle, and we were back withing 24 hours to buy it. Jerry took cared of all the administrative paperwork in short order, and I drove the car away in about 30 minutes. Everything about the experience was positive. Duke Automotive was recommed to us by one of Jerry's previous clients, and we would be happy to recommend your dealership (and Jerry) as well. The staff was very polite, freindly and easy to deal with. A telephone call was made to me to let me know my car was ready--as I had left it there. I only purchase a new vehicle about every 10 years. This was BY FAR, the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had at a Chevrolet Dealership. My husband and I were in the market for trading in our vehicle which we bought from Stan Bell in 2009 but since had moved to NC. When we decided to go to the dealership to look we were greeted by Heather vehicle which we bought from Stan Bell in 2009 but since had moved to NC. When we decided to go to the dealership to look we were greeted by Heather Black, Stan was assisting another customer. Heather showed us a few vehicles that we were interested in. When Stan was available, Heather was very gracious in handing us over to Stan. We discussed with Stan what we were looking for and what we needed. We test drove the vehicles we were considering. We told Stan we would be intouch with him in few days, to allow us some time to decide which vehicle/Vehicles we would be interested. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE!! We returned a few days later and Stan was very helpful and informative with every question and concern we had. He made the entire process very smooth all the way through to the paperwork. Stan had other scheduled appointments (to which ours was not) when we were ready to complete the transaction and NOT ONCE did I feel like I was put on the back burner!! Then we come to Don Kelly, What can we say?!? Signing papers can be an over whelming experience and Don made the entire process seem painless and a piece of cake. He too was very informative and through with any questions or concerns we had. Don made sure everything was 100% to our satisfaction not theirs! Because of our schedules we requested the vehicles the same day, They were prepped and ready to go with in a matter of a few hours!! We walked out with 2 vehicles and couldn't be happier with our experience!! Duke has made me not only a satisfied, happy customer yet again but a customer for life!! Everyone involved was wonderful Seth, Heather, Stan, Don..and we can't thank you enough!! Your staff is amazing and I so wish other businesses would take lessons because at Dukes, you make your customers feel important and not just a crew of slimy sales people attempting to make a sale!! I made the appointment via phone with Ashley, who always has a can do attitude with a timeframe for the service ! Scott greeted my wife and always greets her as Mrs. Ryman, she stated she always feels very confrontable when someone greets you and knows who you are and why your standing at the desk.
