I have been looking online a while at different type of vehicles, their price ranges, mpg per city and highway, low mileage too. I was looking at the Chevy, Hyundai and Hondas on the market doing some com vehicles, their price ranges, mpg per city and highway, low mileage too. I was looking at the Chevy, Hyundai and Hondas on the market doing some comparison. I went with dealerships that were close to home (Suffolk). I was contacted by Seth Wilson by phone to follow-up with my search online for a car. He was very nice, not at all pushy! Seth was pleasant to speak with and had suggested if I had moment to please stop by "Duke Automotive" to see what was available on the lot (New or Used). After taking care of some personal business, I had decided to stop by the dealership and as soon as I stepped out of my car there was a nice gentleman (Jim Caruthers) whom introduced himself to me and I preceded to state what I was looking for in a (used) vehicle and what I was willing to pay. At that time, Jim Caruthers showed me a few cars that I would be interested in (especially a particular Honda). It was a recent trade in that Jim mention was a great deal for the type of car, it's low mileage and great price range. I was able to test drive the car and sat down with Jim to discuss the financing on the car. He was very thorough, patient, knowlegable about the car and made a great impression on me as a salesman. Seth Wilson came by to speak with me as well and I was able to thank him in person for the invite to the dealership! I have over 14 years of Customer Service experience and have to say both of these guys went above and beyond to see that I got the best customer service I could receive! Extra Kudos to Jim Caruthers for making sure my experience with the dealership and their shop would be a good example of their great reputation and years of service. When I purchased the car I had to have it returned due to the battery in my car would not start. Jim Caruthers was quick to respond with sending a record to pick-up the vehicle and drop it by the shop. I was able to get someone at my job to jump start the battery and drove it to the dealership. Jim had a demo waiting for me to drive while my car was in the shop for 2 days and made everything pleasant so I could get to and from my job without having to be inconvenienced.
