Hello Tanya, I believe our service director Richard Potts has contacted you along with Scott your advisor, and it seems you never made it back for your follow up appointment to allow us to see if your complaint was related. I spoke with them both wanting to make sure we did everything we could for you. We found on 3.25.13 your right rear hub bearing was damaged, which is not under warranty, and you authorized the repair that day and we performed the service to fix it. But you told us of no other concerns at the time. Its unfortunate you waited almost 2 months, 5.17.13, to inform us of a problem you thought might be related. I understand you need transportation, we do offer loaners or would have arranged a rental for you. Our check out fee is $110, and it was explained to you that if it was related, we would not charge you the check out fee, but if not related it would apply. The reason we couldn't look at your vehicle is that you waited to bring it in on 5.17.13, a Friday at 4:30pm when our techs are leaving for the weekend, and we wouldn't have had time to correct this problem. Duke does provide the best service, it's why we are rated the #1 Cadillac dealer on Dealer Rater in VA, as well as the most reviewed and highest scored Chevy, Buick, GMC, Cadillac dealer in Va on Dealer Rater. We don't "rip" people off or create new problems, we maintain a high code of ethics here, and we have since 1969. Check out our reviews and see what level of service we offer to our customers. I appreciate you writing the review but I also think its best your take your vehicle back to the dealer who sold it to you, since you did not buy it here and you have never been here before, since we were not able to please you.
