During our recent search for a new automobile, Jim worked with us to find the exact vehicle we were looking for with every feature we had asked about. He then arranged to bring it in to Duke from another dea with us to find the exact vehicle we were looking for with every feature we had asked about. He then arranged to bring it in to Duke from another dealer so that we could stay close to home with our purchase. The big surprise was that after doing all of that for us, Jim found financing that was better than we had expected. When we picked up the car, he stayed with us past the usual closing time for the dealership and made sure that we were comfortable with all of the information relating to the car and the financing. This was the second car that we purchased through Duke, and when we get ready to make our next purchase, we will absolutely return to see Jim and the rest of the team there. One additional thing I would like to note is that we have been taking two vehicles to the service department at Duke for several years now, and we think as highly of the service team as we do of the sales team. I am 57 years old and have bought many vehicles in my life; I have never found a dealership that would match the Duke dealership. Thanks to the whole team there. More

I stopped at this dealership after work with my dad thinking they were closed just to look at some cars. I had no idea what I wanted. I had a pre-approved check in my purse ready to buy something. We started walking around and to our surprise Thomas came out to greet us. He was friendly and pleasant right off the bat! I told him I was looking for an automatic with four doors and my budget. He showed me some cars within my budget. I wasn't a fan. Then he showed me around the dealership a little more. He was very personable and easy going which made it nice to talk to. We found a few cars I liked, but they were a little more than I originally planned on spending. I wasn't completely ready to say yes yet. I left for the night to think things over. The next day I had one of the cars Thomas showed me stuck in my head, so I did a little research because it was a newer model I didn't know much about. Coincidentally, Thomas ended up calling me with a sale price on the car and invited me in to take a test drive. When I came in for the test drive, he was again just as nice as could be. No surprise, I loved the car! Then we went in to do some paperwork. They took all my information and started the buying process. He made it easy and simple for me. I went to my bank to change financing plans, meanwhile Ricky had my previous pay stubs trying to find me the best interest rate he could. He actually found me a better rate than my own bank gave me! I talked to Thomas and Ricky a bunch for a few days. They were great to work with since my hours were limited because I worked late. It was nice not to be rushed. I did my final paperwork with Eley. He was extremely polite! It was quick and easy to finish everything and get to take home my new car. Thomas made sure I knew everything about my new car and answered all my questions. He even got the license plates I wanted and a price on a roof rack I wanted for later. They were a very accommodating team! It was nice to work with very nice and down to earth people! I would recommend them to anyone I knew looking to buy a vehicle. More
I had my Chevy Colorado detailed on Wed and the person who did it jammed the front passenger seat all the way forward. Bill Lessen checked it out, told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. He then told Tiffany to do up the paperwork and he would work it in. 1 hr later I left a very happy customer. :) I've been dealing with Duke for 8 yrs and have always left a happy customer. A month ago, I took my vehicle in to be repaired for one problem and paid $560.00 for that issue and drove away with a new problem. When I got a second opinion that mechanic advised me to take my vehicle back because the area Duke auto had serviced was the problem area, which I did. When I spoke to front desk representative he said " why did you not bring this in earlier"? I informed him that I just started new employment and was not allowed to take any time off at that time. He asked if I could drop my vehicle off the next morning, AGAIN, I explained That I had to go to work, that was my only mode of transportation and I had just started my new job a MONTH ago. I asked for Friday in the afternoon, he said they were booked, then I asked for Saturday he said that would not be good either, so I asked about Monday he said they would only take a look and if that they would charge me $110.00 just to diagnose the problem. I took my vehicle in to the dealership expecting the best service in the automotive industry, Instead, I discovered that Duke automotive service department was into ripping well paying customers creating new problems so they are forced to bring it back in, only to pay another bill due to poor servicing of vehicle in the first place. I will NEVER bring my vehicle to be serviced ever again. Overpriced and Poor quality in SERVICE FOR $560.00!!! More

I am retired with over 40 years in customer service. I must say that to say this. The staff is extremely professional. actually excellent would be a better word. I came in for a State Inspection. I made appointment on line. They were ready for me at 7:30 AM. I also had a question about a function on my DTS they they took care of my issue. Mrs. Duke the owner came in the waiting room to say hi to the customers and thank us for our business. How many times does that happen anywhere else. I live in Virginia Beach and Duke is worth the drive for sales and Service. I highly recommend them. More
