Just purchased our 6th and 7th vehicles with Duke over the last month - a 2014 Silverado LT and a 2013 Traverse LTZ . Don Kelly is without a doubt the best finance manager I've ever dealt with, making the paperwork process painless and enjoyable. For my money, the Duke Sales Team is the best in Hampton Roads. Ashley Thompson in Service called first thing the next morning to make sure I was aware the Silverado needed a fuel management system software update and arrange a convenient time to bring it in for that update. We combined this service with having a bedliner sprayed in and paint sealant applied, all completed in 24 hours and delivered to us as promised. While they were getting the work done, Duke supplied us with a 2014 Malibu as a loaner, not an older model trade-in - great car! This was my first service experience with Duke and it couldn't have been any better. I had an 8:00AM appointment for an inspection, oil change, filter and lube. Ashley originally told me it would take between an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes to complete the work. My vehicle was completed and ready for me to leave by 8:40AM !! It was also returned to me in a clean condition with no signs of any work being accomplished. I have never had such good vehicle service in my life. THANKS ASHLEY & the Duke Staff!! More

Working with Stan and Duke Auto was a pleasure! Easy access, great customer service, no high pressure sales. Time invested at the dealership was less than 2 hours. This included a test drive and pick up of new vehicle. I test drove the vehicle on Saturday, filled out the online credit app on Tuesday and pick the vehicle up on Wednesday. The whole transaction was done at my speed and within my time restraints. If we hadn't been socializing I could have spent less than 2 hours in the dealership. My point being Duke Auto will work with you, they are professional, personal, and no pressure. It was a great way to purchase a new vehicle! More

Steve was extremely helpful in my search for a 2014 Sierra. From a customer service perspective I would have purchased from Duke, but Southern was significantly closer to my home, and they offer lifet Sierra.
