I have done business with Duke Automotive for nearly 15 years, having bought several vehicles from them. Duke's service department is second to none when it comes to my vehicle needs, always providing hon years, having bought several vehicles from them. In particular, Ashley Thompson has always graciously and readily accommodated me, often at a moment's notice, when I needed to schedule work. I recently had the misfortune of having two tires on my truck go flat within a couple days of each other. While the tires could not be repaired, and I had to purchase two new ones, Ashley made the experience more bearable by working as quickly as possible to obtain the tires, having them installed, and getting me back on the road with very little down time. I like doing business with a local, hometown dealership like Duke. I especially like knowing, and being known by, someone I can ask for by name when I need immediate attention. Ashley is that person and she is a true asset to the Duke team. More

I live about 20 miles from Duke. My husband bought his vehicle from Duke and when we were in the market for another vehicle we chose to shop at Duke for me. I needed the oil changed in my vehicle. On a Wednesday afternoon right before a long road trip on Friday, my steering wheel sensor indicated it needed replacement. I also needed to address a recall issue. I called Duke Service, explained the situation and they immediately scheduled an appointment for first thing Thursday and said they would do everything possible to get fix my Acadia that day so I could leave first thing Friday.
