Because we had not bought a vehicle in years and things had changed so much, we decided to try Duke Automotive to get answers to our questions. We looked around, asked questions and our questions were immediately and fully explained by Brian Goff, sales consultant. He was very courteous and forth coming with his answers. However, in our decision making process we took about a week to make up our minds, but knew we were going back to Duke; Brian Goff had laid the ground work for our return. We contacted Duke and was told Brian was away on an emergency; Bruce Blythe, new vehicle sales manager, immediately re-assigned us to Al Hicks, sales consultant which was a seamless process for us. In fact, he was politely waiting for us to arrive. Al continued the courteous process of answering more questions and demonstrating the vehicle we were interested in with no sales pressure at all, making the sale process easy and comfortable. When we got to Don Kelly to finalize the sale, he even made the process of signing the remaining paper work easy and "painless". When we returned to pickup the vehicle, Al introduced us to the service department persons we would be working with and who had prepped and serviced our vehicle having it ready for pickup at the appointed time. With employees like this representing Duke Automotive we will continue to deal and recommend them for purchasing, service, friendliness and knowledge. More
Based on a prior experience, when the lease on my Malibu was up, I did not hesitate to contact Duke Automotive, and I was not disappointed. I met with Stan Bell on a Saturday with the intent of looking at was up, I did not hesitate to contact Duke Automotive, and I was not disappointed. I met with Stan Bell on a Saturday with the intent of looking at an Impala and a Silverado. After a couple of test drives where Stan explained all the features of each, I decided on the Silverado. Stan worked to find a truck that matched the features I was looking for, and when one could not be located, he helped me order one. Stan patiently accepted my calls for updates while waiting for the truck to arrive. The truck finally arrived on the day the holiday incentives were set to expire. Stan called me right away to let me know, then worked to have the truck ready to deliver that night. He made sure I received all of the incentives available, then sent me to see Don Kelly. Don was very professional as we went through the signature dance and finally I had my new truck. Stan then arranged to have a bed liner sprayed in a few days later, and when the truck was returned, it looked fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Duke Automotive to anyone looking for that perfect new vehicle. As for Stan Bell, you will not find a better person to help you in that purchase. More
Susan was able to accept my vehicle late one afternoon for some urgently needed repairs and provide an estimate the following morning. The only problem I incurred was in trying to schedule a service appt using the online appointment scheduler. Two attempts (for 2 different visits) and no one ever called or emailed me back to confirm date/ service appt using the online appointment scheduler. Two attempts (for 2 different visits) and no one ever called or emailed me back to confirm date/time I had selected. So I ended up calling on the phone to make the service appt. I know now this feature does not work on their website and would recommend to call by phone for all appts. I did report this to Christy Brinkley on an online chat...and she reported she would forward to her manager. More

I spoke with my mechanic Josh Jordan, explained to him what I was needing for my Son’s 96 Saab 900S. Once I got a green light from him to do the job.
