I stopped by Duke to show a friend the kind of vehicle I was thinking of buying because Duke has a reputation of being a family friendly business. Steve Fowler came out and we started talking about what I was thinking of buying because Duke has a reputation of being a family friendly business. Steve Fowler came out and we started talking about what I was looking for. I went on and on telling him what I wanted and how I did some research on the internet about different suv's and the prices. I think he had my life story in 30 minutes. He patiently listened to everything I had to say. We went in the office to see what we could work out. He went above and beyond to help make sure I received the best deal possible and was able to get the vehicle I wanted. I had two vehicles to trade and he even offered to give me a ride(an hour away) to get the other vehicle I was trading. Even after the deal was done and the paper work was signed that is not the end. Duke is there to help me with any needs I may have with my new GMC Terrain in the future. In all I had a very happy experience with Duke and look forward to a great lifelong friendship.
