Tony Pulley was great--knew his product, was straight-forward and helpful, and went out of his way to find and get delivery on the right car. The supporting guys (contracts, sales manager, appraiser, service department manager) were also really competent and easy to deal with. They never once tried to sell my a car I didn't want or more car than I wanted or blow smoke up my skirt. It was actually a pleasant experience buying a car from these guys...would be happy to recommend Duke auto to anyone. More

Unlike many dealerships, there was no high pressure tactics and obnoxious elicitation efforts. Tony was the consummate salesman, allowing us to test drive the vehicle we were interested in and was knowledgeable relative to the features. The efforts by Eley and Don to accommodate our financing were outstanding. After completing the purchase, we were called the next morning and advised a better interest rate had been arranged at surprisingly low rate. In all my years, I've never had a dealership continue to work to improve a deal after the ink has dried. I've bought numerous vehicles from just about every dealership in the area it seems this was my first at Duke, but definitely not the last. More

The Staff was courteous, friendly, yet professional. They were also very accommodating , as I had a conflict in schedule and needed to come in later than my scheduled appointment . The Lounge area had been redecorated and update. Very nice. Computer station , New Coffee maker, water, sodas, chips and fresh donuts. The area was clean and inviting. Clean restroom ! Even the custodian was pleasant . Pleasantly surprised to meet The Owner Mrs. Duke. She was personable and wanted to make sure the customers were well satisfied. I was . Great deal on set of tires. They also honor Military, Senior citizens for discounts. I also like the way they keep a history on the vehicles and advise of recommended Maintenance and service . Duke service was, once again, absolutely superb, thorough and and reliable just like everything else Duke does for their customers. Had routine maintenance done on my 2013 Cadillac ATS (by the way a fantast and and reliable just like everything else Duke does for their customers. Had routine maintenance done on my 2013 Cadillac ATS (by the way a fantastic vehicle!). I had them look at a couple of other items on the car and they were happy to accommodate. Several techs, including their senior electronics "rocket scientist" Bill Lassen, checked things out and made sure everything was 100%. Susan Ragans was terrific. She made my appointment noting all the work I wanted done. She set me up in a loaner car, a new Chevy Traverse (also a fantastic vehicle). Susan called me a couple of times throughout the day to keep me updated and the car was ready exactly when they said it would be. 5 stars for Susan! Duke is the only dealer I trust to service my Cadillac high end investment. This unmatched service is why I bought my car from Duke in the first place. I also had the good luck to meet Lydia Duke (CEO) as she was out and about talking with her employees, meeting customers, and seeing that everything at her dealership was up to her high standards. Duke Automotive is always "there" for me whenever an issue comes up with my Malibu. I have never been turned down for immediate service in the case of an emergency; I always feel as though whenever an issue comes up with my Malibu. I TRUST the people at Duke and even return there for tires when I could possibly get them for less money elsewhere.
