#1 First Impression I was promptly greeted by Jonathan as if he had met me before. His reception of me was as if he knew me from years of doing business with him and I wa I was promptly greeted by Jonathan as if he had met me before. His reception of me was as if he knew me from years of doing business with him and I was a returning customer. I felt our interaction was genuine, not disguised as a front to win my business but to establish complete trust and honesty. He and Eley shared in my desire for what I was looking for and showed great interest in ensuring what I wanted was completely what I would get. I felt the royal treatment was extended from my initial visit to me taking possession of the vehicle. I can say this is the absolute first time since buying cars that i drove away in the car wanted to every detail. It was Jonathan's mission to ensure i was completely floored. He didnt pressure me, he didnt over promise and fail to deliver. Nothing was too much to ask. Many thanks to Jonathan, Eley and the entire Duke family for making me feel like a valued customer. More

Having been in car sales myself, I was impressed that Jerry never attempted to hard-sell or talk us into something. He worked with us within the parameters of our needs, likes and budget. He kept us informed and answered all of our questions. Don Kelly equaled the above accolades of Jerry Butler. He worked diligently to assure us the best financing options. Al Hicks stepped in for some final paperwork when Don was unavailable and he also was a pleasure to do business with. Overall, EXCEPTIONAL, Duke Automotive!! We will go nowhere else and will highly recommend this dealership and Jerry Butler to anyone and everyone. More

I went there not looking to buy a new truck but to see what kind of deals that had and keep shopping around but after dealing with my sales rep Steve and the rest of the team I could not pass up the great deal they gave me on my new truck and the trade in for my Jeep. I have never been a fan of dealing with car dealer ships (which may be why I kept my Jeep for so long) but after dealing with Duke and there team I have changed my mind. Thanks for a great car but experience. More

Our 2014 Acadia Denali Jerry Butler was extremely professional in all our dealings. Best of the Best I have been purchasing cars from Duke since 1998 when I bought a 1998 Olds Intrique. Lesson Learned On April 25, 2014, I brought my Impala to Duke for a 100,000 mile check-up and state inspection. I was shown a list of 5 recommended repairs. The ad On April 25, 2014, I brought my Impala to Duke for a 100,000 mile check-up and state inspection. I was shown a list of 5 recommended repairs. The advisor recommended new plugs and wires as the #1 item on the list and said it would cost $303. I told her to go ahead and have new plugs and wires put on. When I was ready to pay the bill, I was charged $428.80. That is a 41% increase over what I was told it would cost. I would not have agreed to get the plugs and wires put on if I had known it would cost $428. Update: 5/3/2014 - After putting the above comments on this web-site, I was contacted by the Service Manager and told that a mistake had been made. I was refunded $120.00. My lesson learned is as follows: If you feel a mistake has been made, make sure you talk to the Service Manager. Even though I brought up the overcharge to the advisor the day it happened, I did not get any satisfaction. After posting my frustration on this site, I was called by the Service Manager and the overcharge was rectified. I appreciate the opportunity I had to write a review and get the problem resolved. BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER I have not purchased a vehicle from DUKE Chevrolet but I convinced my daughter and her husband to purchase two new vehicles. I have taken many different vehicles to their service department and not once have I been disappointed. The work is done correctly and if they spot another issue, they talk to you about it and give you the option to repair now or later. I also like the way they talk to the older citizens. They take their time and explain everything, allowing the customer to make the decision. Maybe one day I will purchase a vehicle from this dealership but for now, the service department is #1. More
