Excellent experience When ever it's time for a new car I dread having to spend painful hours under the pressure of a pushy car salesman. I hesitantly drove in the parking When ever it's time for a new car I dread having to spend painful hours under the pressure of a pushy car salesman. I hesitantly drove in the parking lot. A very courteous young man offered politely his help . Being a woman, salesman often focus on gadgets the car offers, Dean did not hesitate to lift the hood, talk about the engine capacity, performance etc. It was a very comfortable exchange. I think Team Duke made an excellent choice in recruiting Dean, he "LISTENED" when I explained what I needed, so we did not waist time in cars with price range I could not afford . Having used search engines on line I was bombarded with calls and offers but I had been so impressed with Dean that I called him and wanted to buy my car from him. This past week end we received a thank you card from Dean with his personal return address on, both my husband and I were very impressed and feel like we have someone on our side. Special mention to Don who makes the never ending paper signing session ...almost fun or should I say entertaining! We will be back. More

I have purchased two vehicles from Stan Bell and you couldn't ask for a nicer person to deal with in Sales. He never rushes and spends all the time needed to answer and explain any and all concerns. The last purchase was due to a wreck and I was very upset about it however; Stan and Don Kelly helped make the experience very easy for me. Both these guys are never in a rush and in the end I felt like I had made two friends at Duke. Now in service, Rick Fleming is the best Duke could ever hope to have. He's a very honest person. I trust him to take care of my vehicle as he would his own. He is always happy to help in any way he can, no matter what the circumstances, when I need something done to my car, he's the guy! First Time Leasing This was my first time leasing a car so I picked the Cadillac SRX and went out to 3 dealerships for costs and Duke had the best price. I started the experience with Christy Brinkley who was very helpful and responsive to all my questions, she then sent me to Bruce Blythe who was a delight to talk with and sealed the deal. The paper work was handled with Don Kelly who was very pleasant and then Jerry Butler gave me the run down on my new cadillac. Jerry was very informative and said I could call him anytime for help if I forgot anything that he told me, which was a lot. I normally hate dealing with car salesmen but I felt really good about the experience at Duke. I hope to be a regular customer for a long time. More

1st time Duke shopper Have been searching for a quality replacement vehicle for some time. Found a possible one searching the internet, and thought the price must be a typ Have been searching for a quality replacement vehicle for some time. Found a possible one searching the internet, and thought the price must be a typo or something hidden must be wrong. "There is no way that price is correct" I said to myself. Went to Duke to see this vehicle, I've heard of Duke before but never been. Upon arriving we found the vehicle, looked the exterior over and really didn't see any signs that would indicate such a low advertised price. A few minutes passed and Billy Knight came out, introduced himself, and asked how he could help us. I explained our wants and needs for our next vehicle, and inquired why this vehicle was so reasonably priced. He offered to get the keys so we could look over the vehicle. Upon return he produced a CarFax report and said "oh, this vehicle has been a rebuild after an accident", I said "oh that explains the low asking price". He laughed and said "just kidding, this car is clean, no accidents and has had regular maintenance". Then he explained Dukes business practice of keeping prices lower than the competitor, and providing the best possible deal. I have to say that this certainly was lower than any comparable vehicle that we'd seen yet. Test drive, more tire kicking, and looking... All the time, no pressure to buy. Finally when we decided this was the one, the paperwork process was not the nail biting process that I'd come to expect. Bruce Blythe even came over and talked a bit to explain some details. Finance paperwork with Don Kelly was a breeze! We are very pleased with the service we received at Duke. Time will tell, but I believe we've found a dealer, and hopefully service department (when the time comes), that we can depend on! More

They were upfront with the cost and explained the price in a manner that was understandable. Although the truck I wanted wasn't on their lot they found it and had it on site the very next day! This was the most personal experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. None of that saleman walking back and forth to the sales manager , and you sitting around waiting. No games to be played here! Find what you like, get the best price around, enjoy the family type atmosphere and feel great when you leave. A big two thumbs up for Billy and Bruce, not for trying to sell a truck but making sure I purchased the vehicle that was right for me. Its easy to understand why they have been around so long. More
