Hello, thank you for taking time to write your review. I'd like to respond to some of your comments. 1. We do open promptly at 7:30am. Our staff arrives at 7am and begins their day to get ready with much to do. If we started opening the door earlier you can imagine people would start to arrive earlier and our staff would not have time to prepare for the day. 2. Tire concern – It seems you have had not good luck with nails. On April 14th, 2014 you visited us with a nail and we fixed it for you. You returned in Aug of 2014 and the bead on your tire was leaking and we fixed it plus covered under warranty for you. And most recently in March you came in with another nail and patched that for you. There is a cost to patch the tires, this is not a free service. 3. Internet Concern - we do provide wi-fi. The power strips do not work and we are having this fixed. We just moved the desk and they were not hooked up. 4. Waiting Area - in our last renovation we created a great environment for people to wait for their service. With a huge TV, free water, coffee, soft drinks, snacks and delicious doughnuts each morning. We welcome all and anyone to enjoy our facilities, and we accept the fact that some may take advantage of our free drink and snacks by taking more than they should. Unfortunately we cannot control others and with today’s mobile technology more and more people use their phones everywhere. 5. Pricing - being a Cadillac dealer our prices are very competitive with other Cadillac dealers in the area. I am glad you found our prices to be below that of others. I hope this answers a few of your concerns. And I invite you to contact myself, or Richard Potts our service director if we can ever help you. I also invite you to read other reviews here, you can see that our staff, experience, and facilities are 99% of the time given a positive review. However we are human and make mistakes.
