New Feature at Duke Took the car in for state inspection and oil change. When the invoice was tendered I received a summary of issues I need to plan for in the future, i Took the car in for state inspection and oil change. When the invoice was tendered I received a summary of issues I need to plan for in the future, including a leaky water pump. Nice to have this new report. Slipping Went at for 7:30 am appointment. Cars were parked in no parking, could not move in lot. Finally did a 98 point turn, got parked for service, a whole Went at for 7:30 am appointment. Finally did a 98 point turn, got parked for service, a whole staff at counter, weather was below freezing, it was 7:27 and they would not open doors, they did promptly at 7:30. Don't want to give those extra minutes of wait area time, I guess. My car has had the same tire issue all 3 times of low deflation, all three times they told me it was a nail, but can patch, all three times it was a different tire and cost $33 per patch. Where are all these nails I'm driving through, ????. Didn't want to lose work time, brought lap top, can't get on internet. The power strips on both desks don't work, (I asked), is it hard to put an extension cord to get the desks powered up or at least a power strip???? So, no internet and NO power at desks. Customers (I know they can't help much) in waiting room are what you'd find in ghetto. LOUD, on phones, playing music, looking for "free" stuff. I probably won't go for service there anymore. I pay higher prices for service for my Cadillac and this is well below other dealers. Used to love them, but not so much. And now this review won't let me submit without correcting words- they are interjections and names in common vernacular! More
