Not the best but not the worst Dropped vehicle off because the was a squealing noise coming from the front of the vehicle. We assumed it was belt squealing. Noise was very loud and Dropped vehicle off because the was a squealing noise coming from the front of the vehicle. We assumed it was belt squealing. Noise was very loud and persistent for a couple of weeks. Received a call from the service department around 3pm stating that "technician could not duplicate the noise when driving the vehicle". I stated to the caller that it was unfathomable to us that Duke could not duplicate to noise so I offered to come pick up the vehicle to take it elsewhere to have it repaired. The caller stated that I was welcome to ride with the technician. I left wor drove 40 minutes to Duke rode down to Constance Road,turned on Pitchkettle ,turned on 58 east and then back to Duke. By the time we got back to Duke the truck was squealing very loudly. Turned out the brakes needed to be repaired. Not sure why the tech could figure this out on his own. Everyone was very nice,truck got fixed. More
