Above and beyond Billy Knight was our salesperson. He was calm, informative and understanding of our situation. Our questions required some research and were answered promptly. There was never any pressure to make the deal or when we had to come and pick up the car. It was done at our convenience and alway in a relaxed manner. When we arrived to pick up our car, it was clean, filled and ready for us to take home. Susan was incredibly helpful, understanding and compassionate. When I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday, I met with Susan, who was again over the top helpful. She called me later than morning to let me know I needed some more extensive work done, but promised she would still have my truck ready, for pickup, by 3 so I could pick up my children. When I picked up my vehicle she insisted that she go and get it and bring it to me. She personality was delightful. I will definitely be using Duke Service again! More

Will, the service guy suggested 2 services in addition to those requested. I also added an additional request to change the battery since they did not have a record of when they had changed it out before. Car was ready, but I noticed the same wiper blades and did not see them listed on paperwork as being completed. Will had written it up before car was serviced but it got overlooked. Will went back to parts and got the wiper blades and did the install himself. He apologized for the error, but I think he made it right. He did not runn the car back through service again and handled it in the line. I made a quick trip back in office to pay and was on the road. Thank you Will! More

I am happy to report that Duke Automotive has continued to provide me with the type of service that I had become accustomed to receive from the NY dealership. I have had 2 opportunities to use their services, and both times, I came away extremely satisfied. The service department staff has been very pleasant, accommodating and quote helpful. Will Roberts has assisted me each time that I have gone in for service and I find that he and the other service department staff, have a very calming effect, considering the pace that I was used to in NY.
