Al was very knowledgeable on the truck I was looking at and I felt very comfortable with him right away. I traded my truck and with out a haggle received what I thought was a very good price. The total purchase took 2 hours.. Amazing and stress free.....Great Sale Team all the way around. Can't say enough about them. More

After they called themselves troubleshooting driving it around and almost killing my full tank of gas, they told me there was no problem and they could not hear any noises. I got back in the vehicle and the sound was there as it had been. They did not try or were incompetent. I brought it to Duke and Will was confident it could be fixed. It was fixed and it will always come to Duke hereafter. I bought it fro Duke and it makes sense to service it at Duke too. More
Most fun buying a car ever! My car was having problems and so I took it to Triple A to see what was wrong. My car was 15 years old and I did not want to put a lot of money into it because I wanted to buy a new car and was waiting for the 2016 Encores to arrive so I could. I called Duke because I wanted to get a car ASAP, not caring anymore if was a 2016, I would take a 2015. I talked with Steve and told him my problem and even though there was not a 2015 Encore on the lot he could find one for me and possibly have it in 24-48 hours. I said that was great and I would come that evening and see what we could do. I received a call back within 30 minutes or so and he said they had just gotten 2 2016 Encores in. I was so excited! I said put my name on the grey one! He said Billy Knight would be my contact. When my husband and I arrived we were taken to Billy and he was so nice and professional and I felt very comfortable with him. He explained everything about the new car to us and answered all our questions. We took a test drive and I was in love with this car. I wanted to take it home that night but Billy said he did not feel like he was doing his job if he did not keep it and make it nice for me and have a full tank of gas. I thought that was so nice of him because I'm sure some salesmen would have just let me drive away. I was so impressed with him. After he worked on my paperwork he sent me over to Don Kelly to discuss financing and services. That was a hoot! My husband and I had such a good time with him! He was so fun to talk with and at the same time very professional. He told us about the products and did not pressure us into anything. He answered all our questions and helped us through the decision making on the services and financing. He was great! I've never had such a good time buying a car. I will be telling everyone I know they need to get their next car from Duke. More

We stopped in on Sunday when the dealership was closed so we could look around without the normal hassel of a salesperson. We found one we were interested in so we stopped back in after work the next night. It was close to closing time but in no way was we rushed or pressured to "hurry up ". Stan Bell let us take several test drives & went over everything very thoroughly. Since it was so late in the evening we had to wait until the next day for financing & during that day Stan called several times to keep me updated with the process & also worked on a really great deal for us. We are in Virginia at the moment for work but we would definitely go back when it's time for another vehicle More

Although Duke Automotive is not a Hyundai dealership, they made the process of buying my car smooth and stress-free. My husband and I are quite picky and had many requests prior to finalizing the deal, and they were able to meet every single one. Maggie Kennedy, our Sales Woman, was extremely helpful & generous. She went above and beyond our expectations to satisfy us as customers. This dealership suprisingly made my car-buying experience pleasant, unlike I had expected going into shopping for a vehicle. I would most definitely recommend Duke Automotive to anyone looking for a hassle-free, honest & caring dealership. More
