We were greeted immediately upon arrival by Billy Knight, our sales professional, on both occasions. Mr. Knight was knowledgeable and cordial, and never attempted to 'sell' the van we were interested in and purchased. We spoke at length with Mrs. Duke, owner and president of the dealership, and found her to be the kind of person we would want to work with again. The final transaction was completed with Don Kelly, who was prepared and helpful. We had heard good reports about Duke, and had done our research online prior to visiting the dealership. Waste of time. I took my car in for testing the lighting system. Duke provided me with a loner vehicle and kept the car overnight. After all this trouble, I am told there is no problem with the lighting system. For what it's worth, I would not have gone through this scenario if there was not a problem. There is a problem with the 2012 Cadillac SRX lighting system, but Cadillac will not admit it. More
