I was met by the assistant service manager, Ed Osborne, as soon as I arrived to drop off the vehicle for the required preventive maintenance service. Paperwork was handled quickly and all questions were answered. The dealership's courtesy shuttle took me back home and picked me up as soon as the car was ready. Upon pick-up, the car was clean and ready to be driven off. Again, Ed Osborne was ready for me, all aspects of the service were explained and the after service papers were prepared and I drove off as a satisfied customer. This preventive maintenance serve had been pre-paid, so no money was involved. I would recommend this dealership- both sales staff and service personnel to anyone. Thanks for a job well done. I had an issue with my car after a long trip from Arizona to see my children and grandchildren in Tri-Valley area. My "check engine light" came on half way up I5. He assured me it could be addressed and he would take care of it. It wasn't busy, so they were able to get my car right in. I left with family and Aaron checked in with me to give me updates. Due to the "dust storms" in AZ lately, the air filter was totally clogged up and car needed to be serviced. Aaron was very detailed and made sure my car was up to date on all the items and even gave me a discount that was running. I was impressed and felt he was looking out for my best interest. What makes this employee that much more enjoyable is I had my 2 young kids with me and he was still able to explain through the chaos.
