Evan demonstrated a need for a fast follow up and repair. He had to keep the car longer after the o-ring missing repair was identified and was ok with me for him to keep the car and return it when totally ready. Still have some residual leaks but hopefully will clear. Thanks Evan More

Stop playing the pricing game and trying to overcharge me! I have been servicing my 2004 Camry at Dublin Toyota for years. All my other experiences had been good and I felt like I had gotten good value. I a I have been servicing my 2004 Camry at Dublin Toyota for years. All my other experiences had been good and I felt like I had gotten good value. I am willing pay at little more (10-15%) for service from a Toyota dealer, but not 25%-50% more. This time, I felt like I was being heavily upsold and the base prices had been marked up. I came in for 30K Major Maintenance and the Service Manager told me it was $1000+! Are you kidding??? I pushed back and he said, "well, I suppose you could do the minimum ..." and clicked on a different tab -- but even the "minimum" was around $500, about $100 more than last time. Previous Service Managers always showed me the three levels and told me the differences instead of immediately pushing the most expensive option. Fortunately, I had also printed out a coupon on their website which almost brought it back down to the previous price. This this whole pricing game leaves a bad taste, and more importantly, because I can't trust them anymore, I'm not sure I'll be going back again. More

My car didn’t get fixed My blind spot wasn’t functioning well few month ago , and I didn’t get chance to settle the appointment because they can only check it in the weekdays My blind spot wasn’t functioning well few month ago , and I didn’t get chance to settle the appointment because they can only check it in the weekdays. Cuz I have to go work. Then few days ago unfortunately my car accidently get a scratch on the back , last Monday it was time to get a oil change finally I got time check the car and said blind spot wasn’t functioning well . They saw my scratch on the back and said blind spot doesn’t work cuz of that and told me my insurance need to cover by myself which it wasn’t the case. Even to refuse to take off the parts what’s wrong with the sensor and being told thats gonna be an extra charge. Quote me around $3k to fix the outside first. So frustrated. End up with I gave up repairing the blind spot More
