Poor Customer Service We scheduled our service over the phone and the rep confirmed all our info and said we would get an email confirmation. Never got an email and on the day of the service request, we called in the morning to confirm and was told the appointment was the day before. Service rep was unapologetic and didn’t care. But we were able to get another appointment the same day. When we arrived, same “I don’t care/rude” attitude from the service who took the car in. More
