But, the service department was a completely different story. My husband had a defect with an airbag light, and they gave us the run around multiple times about fixing it. he ended up taking his truck back about 4 or 5 times within 2 months of having the truck. Who knows if it is actually fixed or if they just "cut the wire". We tried to file a complaint regarding the issue but the service department did not document or sign off a ticket each time he went so we had no backup for our troubles. If it wasn't for the terrible customer service with the Chev/GMC service department, I would have given Dublin Three 5 stars, More

All the vehicles were locked and he kept going inside to get the keys. He wasted so much time, we became very irritable and hungry. after 3 hours of asking him to open vehicles to look at we were ready to order the vehicle we wanted. He did not know if the vehicle chose had the color on the exterior and the material in the interior. His manager asked him to make a list of what we wanted in our order. He brings out a blank piece of paper. They should have a form with specifications. We finally gave him our information for him to call us when he was ready. Now, it's been two days and we have not heard a word. More
Worst Experience Ever I work far from home and was in Dublin for a job for about a month. I had an issue with my painted wheels where the protective coating was not adherin I work far from home and was in Dublin for a job for about a month. I had an issue with my painted wheels where the protective coating was not adhering to the wheel. I dealt with the service manager Rick and his assistant. I think her name was Debbie or Debra. They looked at the wheels, admitted it looked like a defect and not damage, took pictures and said they would call me when they found out if it was covered under warranty. The problem was on the front two wheels. After a rinse to wash off all the dust from work, I noticed the issue extended to the rear wheels as well. I waited three days for them to call and I ended up calling them back. Ricks assistant admitted that she forgot about me, but that they had two wheels ordered for me. I explained that my rear wheels were also defective and she said she would have Rick call me about it. About three more days go by and no call. I call back and during the conversation with Ricks assistant she calls me a liar. I get passed over to Rick and he jerks me around saying there's nothing he can do about the rear wheels until he finds out if they are covered under warranty in two months time. The whole time he acted like he had done me a huge favor by providing me with half the wheels I needed. I finally get a call saying the two wheels were in and make an appointment late on a Friday to get them mounted. The process was surprisingly smooth. I leave just before closing with two brand new wheels, pack up at the hotel and head towards home. I get on the interstate and when I get to about 65mph the truck starts shaking so violently it tosses a bottle out of the cup holder. My invoice stated the wheels had been balanced, but the ride said otherwise. I had to drive 15mph under the speed limit and impede traffic the entire 170 miles home. The next day I got my truck serviced and got the two wheels balanced at my expense. They were 4oz off! I then stopped by Carl Black in Kennesaw about the rear wheels. Smooth as butter. No fuss, just a half hour wait and they said they had the wheels ordered and to come by the next weekend and they would install them at no charge. Rick could learn something from them. Since Ricks service department had either not balanced the wheels as they said, or done an awful job, I went back the following Monday with documentation and spoke with Rick about compensating me for my personal expense fixing their mistake. The grand total was $29.66. That's it. Rick made a snide comment about how much free time I have, obviously getting tired of me. He made excuses for his team and said he had to see if GM would compensate him for the expense and he couldn't guarantee anything. All I wanted was to be reimbursed for paying a third party to do the work his team should have done in the first place. Not only that they should have done, but that they said they did. As of this writing, I'm still waiting on Rick to call me back about this reimbursement. Never have I been jerked around so much over such little money. They've been nothing but trouble and irritation for me for three weeks. More
Just recently, my car broke down on I-16 south of Dublin, GA on a Saturday afternoon when everything was closed. Since my car wasn't driveable it had to be towed to the local Chevy dealership. My other deli GA on a Saturday afternoon when everything was closed. Since my car wasn't driveable it had to be towed to the local Chevy dealership. My other delima was I could not find a car rental store open anywhere within 2 hours of Dublin. There was no one to rent a car from. I was feeling pretty lost and helpless by this point and thinking I would be spending the night in Dublin. Luckily, I was taken to Dublin Chevrolet / GMC / Buick / Nissan. From the moment I entered this great Dublin dealership I was made to feel special. The Service Department had closed for the day by the time I arrived....that did not matter. The entire sales team knew I wasn't there to purchase a car.....yet they showed a level of respect, care and concern seldom bestowed by any business. Don Carswell, General Sales Manager, wasted no time in putting me in a new car and sending me on my way. I returned to pick up my car after a few days. The service department and administrative staff were all equally as nice to work with. It was obvious to me the entire staff extended a level of service and professionalism that should make their General Manager, Lock Wilford, very proud. I had to tell him what a great team he has. It is obvious they are all very special people but it starts at the top.....that is Mr. Wilford. It can only mean Dublin Chevrolet / GMC / Buick / Nissan is owned and run by a really good man and great staff. A companies team will not extend great service without having a great employer and a great place for them to work.. I am the Managing Broker for 3 real estate offices for a major company in Atlanta, GA and have approximately 75 Realtors in my offices.......it is my hope that we can extend the same level of service to our customers and clients that I experienced at this great Dublin dealership. It's about the Experience and I promise you these good people will take care of you, give excellent service to your cars, trucks......and you. To Lock, Don and all the gang.....Thank you! I will be back..... More
My husband and I have never purchased a vehicle outside of our hometown. We found the vehicle that we wanted on the Internet and called several places but none of the return calls were as quick and detaile of our hometown. We found the vehicle that we wanted on the Internet and called several places but none of the return calls were as quick and detailed as when I spoke to Mr. Alfred Daniel at Dublin Nissan. I had several questions and there were a few of them that he could not answer at the time but he told me that he would get back with me in 15 min and he did just that. From the moment we arrived on the lot we were never hassled or pressured at all. We felt like we were talking to our next door neighbor and that alone is saying a lot. We took a test drive and decided that we would like to purchase the suburban but were not sure what form of financing we were going to go with. Mr. Alfred showed us several options and truly seemed concerned about us feeling completely comfortable with the plan of action we decided to take. Their financing department was very helpful and once again no pressure. There have been no questions left unanswered and we were more than pleased with our experience at Dublin Nissan and especially our salesman, Mr. Alfred. I would defiantly recommend this dealership to anyone and hope that we can one day buy from them again. More
I called Dublin Nissan and spoke with Alfred Daniel on Jan. 3. By the end of the day, he had the financing approved for the truck we wanted. He was very genuine, extremely helpful, very friendly and concerned for our needs. He stayed late to see my husband and when my husband decided to wait a day to decide, he did not show any annoyance or aggravation, but complete understanding and offered to do anything he could to help. On Jan. 4, my husband made up his mind and we spoke with Alfred again, as well as the finance manager. Both made this one of the easiest auto-buying experiences we have ever had. We know they did an awful lot of work in the background in order to get my husband into this truck and their efforts are very much appreciated. More
