After being contacted by the sales representative, we discussed the car in question. I just returned from what should have been the first of many visits to DuTeau Subaru considering I just purchased a 2005 model. It was instead my last visit. I simply visited the parts dept. I would have been fine with the fact that they couldn’t yet get my requested part. However, the fact that the 2 gentlemen working the parts counter couldn’t even bother to GET UP to speak to me spoke volumes. Had I been 22 and blonde, would that have been the case?
