When I picked up the car, Eric was off that day, so Dan Belling took care of making certain my experience continued at the same high level. Matt Lehnert, the business manager, also handled his end of the transaction in a friendly, efficient manner. The dealership was spotless. The receptionist was great. Dan even asked the top mechanic for his input on a question I had about using a different synthetic oil, mileage between oil changes, and how it might effect the warranty. Terrific experience. I strongly recommend this dealership, and, of course, Subaru makes great cars. More

Dan was patient with us as we've looked at numerous Outbacks the past few years, and when we finally stepped up and chose a new one he kept us informed on the progress of delivery and even sent pictures of our new car when it arrived. Living over two hours away made scheduling the pick up of the Outback somewhat hard to arrange but Dan was on top of having our Outback ready for our inspection at our convenience. Of course it was in perfect order and all arrangements were handled in advance, making our buying process easy and seamless. Kudos to the manager Eric Klein, also, who is always quick to answer questions and assure that our experience is top notch. We can't recommend Duteau enough! More

DuTeau Subaru These guys have been fantastic to work with. I first got to know them when I moved to the area in 2010 and needed routine work on my 2008 STi. I never These guys have been fantastic to work with. I first got to know them when I moved to the area in 2010 and needed routine work on my 2008 STi. I never needed much work done on the STi, but always found their service guys--Mike and Steve--to be fantastic to work with. The best dealer service team I've worked with. In part based upon my positive experience with the service guys, I was very interested in buying a new Subaru from them. During the whole process, their internet sales manager, Dan, worked very hard to help me get whatever I needed. He never pressured me, or tried to intimidate me into making a quick decision. Early in the process, when he gently told me that a 2013 Outback with low miles that I had test-driven would probably go quickly, I probably tuned even that comment out because I might have considered it marketing speak. Indeed, I test drove it on a Saturday, and the car sold on Monday. It was my bad luck! So, I bought a new one from him, and the car came in just earlier than the schedule he had originally predicted. He's followed up with me at least a couple of dozen times during the process, and I've really appreciated it. The Subaru experience has been so positive for me, that I talked my retired mother into trading in her Toyota Camry and getting a new Outback. I called over 40 dealerships for her, mostly in the northeast, and though many of them were very congenial and good to work with, many were rather difficult--and none of them were as even-keeled as the guys at DuTeau.
