There are not enough good things I can say regarding this dealership! From the beginning, Phil Robinson went out of his way to help me find the right car that I needed, and I mean he worked with me for HOUR dealership! I ended up buying a 2009 Honda Accord with very low miles, and was given a great price on my trade-in. After I had the car one month, problems popped up. Instead of making excuses, Mr. Alan Becker has been working with the local Honda Dealership to get this car repaired, and has even offered to let me have another car if this problem is not resolved to my satisfaction! The moral of this story is that there are employees and dealerships that do the minimum to get your business, and then there are EXCEPTIONAL dealerships like Duteau, who not only treat you right, but continue to go above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy and please the customer!! I will be buying ALL of my cars from them!! More
