Was at the service department for an oil change. We originally bought our Subaru Outback from this dealer, Salesman Daniel Belling. Daniel was very friendly and courteous. He did not pressure us into making a decision and allowed us time to weigh all options and make a pressure free decision. Since purchasing our Outback we have had all the scheduled services performed by DuTeau Subaru. They have done an excellent job and perform a very thorough vehicle inspection at each service. Prior to our last visit I had found three scratches that ran virtually the entire length of the passenger side. I asked the Service Department if the scratches could be buffed out and what would they recommend I use. They actually buffed out the three scratches and did not charge me for their time! We are very satisfied with both the Sales and Service departments at DuTeau Subaru and have recommended them to our friends and coworkers. More
