I purchased my 2017 Outback in March 2017 and was given orientation on operation at time of pickup. Phenomenal customer service from the time we walked in until we left. I was wanting to test drive an Outback and Crosstrek, so during my first visit to the dealership I was present for about 15 minutes checking out the cars on the showroom floor - nobody asked if I needed any during my first visit to the dealership I was present for about 15 minutes checking out the cars on the showroom floor - nobody asked if I needed anything. There were at least four DuTeau employees who walked by me at various times and no one even said hello. Maybe it was because I rode my motorcycle to the dealership?? Fifth person was rather blunt, seemed bothered by my presence. Nonetheless I was able to test drive a couple of cars. He didn’t really try to make a sale, didn’t promote any of the new features on the 2025 models. I liked the Outback enough my wife and I made a second visit. We met Mark Craig. Totally different experience. He spent lots of time with my wife and I. Answered questions. We liked the Outback so much we returned and made a purchase. DuTeua can thank Mark for our return. We are very happy with the Outback and the purchase process. More
