Car buying Experience was AMAZING!!! From days prior to going to look at cars, I was helped with such amazing, friendly people. They answered all my questions! When arriving at the dealership, the car I wanted to test drive was waiting for me when I arrived. I was SOLD after driving just one! This was my first car buying experience and it was so easy and they were all so professional. Then It was time to meet with the finance manager and let me tell you.... HOLD PLEASE!!! Donnie Kostecki was absolutely Amazing!!! We hit it off and I think we did more laughing and joking , than signing papers! :) Donnie, you are so funny and heart warming to me and so many others. Simple Process! I had driven by and spotted this truck I was interested in. I hadn't been actively looking for a new truck but something that was always in the back o I had driven by and spotted this truck I was interested in. I hadn't been actively looking for a new truck but something that was always in the back of my mind. I stopped in to talk to Jorge. He did a wonderful job of informing me on everything he knew about the truck. He was awesome to work with right from the beginning. He informed me the truck wasn't 100% ready to be test driven but their mechanics would work on it and let me know ASAP to do my test drive. A few days later I came back to do the test drive. I felt very comfortable talking to Jorge and he really knew his stuff. He also went above and beyond to make sure we were able to stay within our budget. Then when we worked with Jeff with the financing and the warranties, it was simple and informative! He made sure to give us all the options we had. Overall this was a pleasant experience and really great guys to work with. We really appreciate you making this such a painless and easy process! More
