Harrassing Salesman to the highest degree. I went in there about a month ago to begin my search for a new vehicle. The salesman I had was extremely harassing and very over bearing. I told him I I went in there about a month ago to begin my search for a new vehicle. The salesman I had was extremely harassing and very over bearing. I told him I was only working and he conned me into running mine and my co signers credit. Granted that’s my problem, but when I and my co signer said we did not want to sign papers today.. he became even more pushy and almost aggressive with me. My co signer was not even in the same zip code as I was at the time. The salesman said if we wanted to sign today he would bring the papers to her to sign in her pajamas. That was the last step for me when I tried leaving the dealer I asked the salesman not to waste anymore of my time and he rebuddled with “well aren’t you wasting mine?” And I said no because this is your job. I left the dealer promptly after that. Flash forward to 2 hours ago, I received an email about an event and thought I’d give them one more chance. They then start texting my consigner about information on the car instead of myself. When I called to speak to a sales manager the honestly could care less about my complaint or what I had to say. I was introduced to the dealership by Bre I purchased a new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was delighted with the way I was treated at this dealership. I was introduced to the dealership by Bret Matthews, who had Joe Segreti and Mike Cavanagh identify what I wanted and needed. And they were very fair in terms of the sale. Julie in finance closed the deal and each of them were wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend this dealership. To be sure, I will be returning to purchase additional vehicles. More

Great Experience I purchased my Jeep Cherokee on July 30, 2018. The salesman, Tim, was very helpful and not at all pushy. When it came time to meet the financial guy I purchased my Jeep Cherokee on July 30, 2018. The salesman, Tim, was very helpful and not at all pushy. When it came time to meet the financial guy, he respected my wish not to be bothered with the sell on add ons like extended warranties. I think thy were a bit low on my trade in, but overall a great experience. More

Exceptional service from Alan Tapper I am leasing the jeep compass 2018. I worked with Mr. Tapper when I went in for my purchase. After discussing several options I decided to go with the I am leasing the jeep compass 2018. I worked with Mr. Tapper when I went in for my purchase. After discussing several options I decided to go with the option he discussed with me on leasing. Mr Tapper was very knowledgable and patient during our transaction. His professionalism and poise is an asset to the dealership. I would have given excellent rating to the dealership, but the manager on duty when I called in with a concern (Mr. Tapper was off that day) was not nice to speak with. So because of this I am rating with 4 stars. Thanks Alan for everything I'm sure we will do business again. Have a wonderful day!! More

He shared several options and I decided to try leasing. During this whole encounter he was attentive to details, explained to me about the car and so on. I would have given an excellent rating but when I called in on Mr. Tappers off day I was transferred to a manager who was not pleasant to speak with. However I would recommend Mr.Tapper service to anyone needing to purchase a car. More

Ownership really seems to have done some magic with Team! Bought several Jeeps at a dealership in Skokie and followed Staff who went to Dupage. Donnie K was in sales then and is now a finance guy. Marco re Bought several Jeeps at a dealership in Skokie and followed Staff who went to Dupage. Donnie K was in sales then and is now a finance guy. Marco recently joined Dupage and he is the best service advisor. Frank Frank did all the data work then the guys in the Tower did their thing and I got my new Durango SRT in less than one hour. That was about 90 days ago and this past Saturday I went and got Nitro fill and an oil change. Marco treated me like family and took care of everything. I was glad to see he was part of the team. It was a very pleasant service visit. Great people, clean and modern building. I live in Chicago but drive 40 minutes for all purchases and Service.. More

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I SAW A JEEP ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $17,040 WHEN I MADE IT THERE THE PRICE WAS 19995, AND THEY WANTED ME TO FINANCE THROUGH THEN TO GET THAT PRICE. I TO I SAW A JEEP ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $17,040 WHEN I MADE IT THERE THE PRICE WAS 19995, AND THEY WANTED ME TO FINANCE THROUGH THEN TO GET THAT PRICE. I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS PAYING CASH, AND DIDN'T WANT TO FINANCE, THEY WANTED ME TO FINANCE WITH THEM FOR ONE MONTH AND PAY THE JEEP OFF THEN. IT WAS NEVER THE PRICE THEY HAD ON THEIR WEBSITE. WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS THE SALE PRICE, AND TO COME TO THE DEALERSHIP IN GLENDALE HEIGHTS. SO DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THIS DEALERSHIP POST ON THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE IT IS JUST TO GET YOU TO COME IN. SO I LEFT WITHOUT THE JEEP. AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE. More
